Front desk staff was friendly. They were trying to fix up the place. Great budget hotel when not staying long. For sure an older building but they keep it as clean as they can

Was not very clean, your keycard only worked for the inside door. The bathroom was falling apart and the water would not shut off so it sounded like someone was taking a bath all night

The pool and the lobby was the nicest part

beds was uncomfortable . Everything from room to eating area was dirty. microwave was filthy floors were sticky.

Booked for the pool and slide but it was shut down while we stayed there. Had problems with keys not working. Floors were dirty- feet would be black after walking on floor barefoot. Ceiling in bathroom looked like it was going to fall in. There was a hole in the wall that may have been a mouse hole. Spider webs under air conditioner. Curtains were filthy. Suite said it had jetted tub but it was just a regular tub. Poor lighting inside room.

Check-in was ok, but as we were checking in, 2 customers complained about the scalding temperature in the hot tub, 1 complaining about the ac not working, and 1 complaining someone got into their room. But we pushed through and stayed anyway. The ac did not work, a bullet hole in the ceiling, and when I took a shower, I was standing ankle deep water.

Nothing was very clean the bed was obviously sleep in stains and hair in the sheets and comforter bathroom floor was dirty the toilet was running the whole time . The pool slide is sketchy and should be shut down due to the metal frame rusting away and loosing it's structle strength not to mention you have to pull yourself down the slide the hole way due to the rough repairs that grab you as you try and go down maybe if the water pressure was flowing more the slide would maybe work better but the water temp was nice

The breakfast was slim pickings for sure the oranges were dried out and the cereal container when refilled wasn't washed and had some of the previous cereal still in it

Kids running around the hallway knocking on doors all night, screaming guests, breakfas wasn't what it was said to be. Lamp shades were broken and drawn on, TV didn't work at all, staff never at the desk, housekeeping wasn't present.

The Hot tub was warm at best and dirty. The room and facility was dirty as well. There were problems with the toilet and sink drain. They wouldn't honor the price that was on booking.com it was only $5 per room so we didn't keep arguing.

Did not like that. This was the third time i stayed here and the hot tub was not fixed. I did not find that one of the front desk staff was very polite the older gentleman was way more polite. I also dont know why but this is the second time ive seen bugs in my room. And when i told the manager i was accused of lying. $348 for two noghts i expect more

Plumbing was bad. Didn't clean room daily. Didn't bring fresh towels daily. We had to ask for them. Room wasn't clean upon arival.

The waterslide was not working, sand in the hot tub and the pool had two poolside chairs within it. Breakfast area was closed due to water on floor.

The property could really improve ratings if they cleaned better. For example, there were hand prints on the mirror. The nightstand was sticky so I placed a map I found in the drawer on it so my phone didn’t get gross. The nightstand material is not appropriate for a hotel as it is slick and you could see paint was starting to come off. Nothing in the room felt like it was clean especially the towels in the bathroom.

Shower water was barely warm. Looked like pictures were missing off the walls and they did a poor repair job in bathroom ceiling plus splattered paint everywhere. Not all the outlets worked. Lamp kept flickering.

Breakfast was OK but not very many options. AC worked well and the room seemed clean.
