Rooms were dirty, hair in the bed and bathroom, crushed up cookie in the bed, blood on the ceiling, mud on the floor, broken bathroom door, broken lamp, pool and hot tub both filthy, scum floating around, not enough towels and they couldn't give us any because they had no more clean. Front desk girl was very ignorant and rude. Tried to bill my credit card 2x for my rooms as I had a third party booking.

The deadbolt didn’t work. We moved to a new room, only room left, and that deadbolt didn’t work either. Being a women I would like a deadbolt on my hotel room

Eggs were frozen every day. And only had orange juice one day

Pool hot tub slide were broken

No lights in the elevator. Smelled like a trap house and curry. People living there and walking around without shirts or shoes. My tailgate to my truck was open in the morning but Thankfully I had put the tools in the cab. I wouldn’t recommend and will NEVER stay here again. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere worth sleeping.

The staff, continental breakfast, the price. Convenient to hwy 90. The room was clean for an old hotel that has seen some wear and tare

The staff seems to be learning the business and were a little inefficint. But they were trying. The other had nothing to do with them it was the inconsiderate guests above us

Front desk staff was friendly. They were trying to fix up the place. Great budget hotel when not staying long. For sure an older building but they keep it as clean as they can

The room was dirty, dark, and skinky. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling in and leaked water when the room above took a shower. Told the staff, and they didn't care. Staff was rude. The people in the room beside us said they had bedbugs! Don't stay there. Horrible place!! The water slide had algae growing on it. The hot tub was cold and dirty water! No smoke detector, just wires hanging from the ceiling.

Did not eat.

Bathroom dirty. Hall floors dirty. Hair in tub. Dirty wash cloth left on floor. Smell of the hotel.

They downgraded our room, the floor was more comfortable than the beds, and I had to go buy a foam pad to sleep on. The 4 pillows together equaled almost 2. The blankets were also full of holes from what appeared to be cigarette burns. The bracket holding the ADA rail in the bathroom was so rough and sharp that I cut my foot on it and their attempt to fix it for us was just a grinder to the top not to the edges that were sharp. The room spray was so overpowering that our eyes wouldn't stop watering, and we had to try and ventelate it. The microwave didn't work. When they came to fix it, we learned that it, the frig plus coffee maker, all ran off of an extension cord coming from under a gap at the bottom of the drywall near the shower with no visible outlet or other end of the cord. Similarly, everything during breakfast, the warmers, waffle maker, etc, were all fully operated on extension cords even though there were available outlets. And yet the eggs were still cold, the coffee smelled bad, and they didn't have some of the basics that were advertised. The ice machines were all non funtioning, but the pool sure felt like that was where all the ice went. Whoever painted the room didn't care what other surface was splattered as it was all over the headboards, the curtains, the edges and back of the TV, the countertops, and the tiles. There was also visible water damage and mold on the ceilings throughout the hallways. The attempt at trying to make things look nice with plants failed as there were dead plants scattered throughout the hotel in all public spaces. I felt dcieved and very disappointed with this stay as it couldn't have been further from what was advertised or booked.

The pool and water slide was good for relaxing at the end of the day.

The air-conditioning didn't work, lamp shades were broken.

The pool area didn't have enough seating and a hose putting water into the hot tub.

The rooms was what we expected as far as beds and amenities. The location worked for our needs. The price was OK because I booked months in advance. Ea

The toilet seat was broken. There were no real curtains in our windows, only the inner shear with a huge street light shining in all night plus no privacy. There was no screen on the widow and the windows opened fully. Very dangerous on the third floor. Every surface in the room was sticky like the finish was damaged or something. One bed was comfortable and quiet. The other bed made all kinds of noise with evey movement. There was a dirty towel under the sink.

Breakfast was good and had a small assortment of options.

The chemicals used to clean left a sticky residue on all surfaces - it was gross and we laid paper and towels down so our stuff wouldn’t touch it. Everything stuck to it, which is not what we want in our hotel room.

The pool and the lobby was the nicest part

Was not very clean, your keycard only worked for the inside door. The bathroom was falling apart and the water would not shut off so it sounded like someone was taking a bath all night

The doors don’t close on the bathroom. The drain in the shower was stopped up. The floors in the breakfast room are coming up and is a trip hazard. Crying babies being walked in the hallway outside of my door made it impossible to sleep.

The location was great because it was close to where I needed to go.

The room looked like the only thing that was updated was the flooring. Furniture was scuffed up as well as the bathroom sink cupboards had blue paint streaked on it. There was water damage up above the shower head and the floor we was on was very muggy and smelled very musty, almost like body odor. The staff was very hard to understand due to their dialect (they were friendly though. The pool looked like it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned for quite awhile as the color of the water was yellow. We will definitely NOT be staying there again! Oh, and the AC didn't cool the room at all.
