Everything. Completely run down, and there were roaches in my room.

Well upon checking into the room I saw several roaches climbing the walls and a lit cigarette left on the night stand which I'm assuming was from house keeping. This place is a complete dump! Honestly it needs to bulldozed over and rebuilt from the ground up! Upon seeing all the problems with the room I immediately went back to the front desk and showed them the videos (which I will include in this review) that we had took from the room. They agreed that we should be refunded in full for our booking. Upon trying to recover my refund they then stated that since they offered us another room that they would not issue a refund! Booking.com has stepped in and is trying to get me a partial refund as we speak. I strongly advise you to simply stay in your car if this is your only option. I booked another room immediately at the sleep in about 15 minutes from this location for 3 dollars less and was completely satisfied with the facility. I explained my situation and what had happened and she named the econologdge hotel before it could even roll off my tongue. Apparently this is an ongoing situation with this establishment. Do not fall victim to this facility as I did. Avoid this experience and save yourself the frustration, time, effort and money. These people are nothing less than liars, thieves, and slum lords! Unfortunately I can not load videos on this review so I screen shot some of the frames. As you can see there's even a roach in the refrigerator.

Nothing, we didn’t stay in the end

Everything, door was broken, stank of weed in the non smoking area, the sheets were dirty and there was hair all over the beds, the toilet seat was peeling and the overall cleanliness was terrible

That it was pet friendly, and that’s a stretch…as this place needs to be demolished.

A crack den would have been a better situation. I’ve never seen anything as bad as this place. Not even in movies.

This place needs to be demolished and rebuilt! Holes! Roaches! It smells horrible! Paint all on walls and floors! It’s seriously abandoned here! Infested with roaches! Nothing works! No iron! Tv doesn’t work! Fridge doesn’t work! Roaches literally everywhere!

Bed was comfortable, AC was cold

Location, breakfast was weak, bathroom floor cracked, fridge was leaking. Pool was not open.some mold, doors to the rooms had pieces of paper on them with the room #'s. Dirty would not stay again.

Water volume good and steady temperature, AC works well, large room w 2 beds , desk table, & round table w chairs, refrigerator w/o freezer.

Poor Wi-Fi, almost unusable. Dresser draws would not stay shut, they would roll open. No coffee/hot water maker

I didn’t stay. They were bugs crawling,furniture peeling and filthy room and bathroom. I left and booked another hotel. Now I need booking .com to ut the money back into my account

The staff were completely rude due to issues with payment of card and having issues with customer service trying to correct the issue and then got very rude with me asking me to leave property stating I had no reservations and I did but the payment option through affirm had issues making payment and then because I didn't leave property quick enough even though I was on foot they called the cops for absolutely no reason. The staff did not listen when speaking over phone to verify information repeatedly had to repeat and still stated things incorrectly. Establishment is filthy and had bugs and bed bugs and when brought to owners attention acted like they did not care.

It was a place to stay

It smelled when walking in, the bedding was dirty, the room smelled, the wifi didn’t work, the breakfast sucked just honey buns, coffee, muffins smh

This place has black mold, stained sheets and blankets, smelled like weed in the halls and a mouse ran in my room. I left after two hours fearing I was going to get robbed on my way to my truck. Im praying I didn't get bed bugs from that place. No exaggeration it was awful and needs to get shut down

We were able to catch a night's sleep.

The rooms were not clean. Spotted couple of roaches in the room which was concerning.

I didn't have breakfast because the hotel was too dirty.

The bed sheets were dirty, the bed sheets had hair on them, the towels were already used, the soap I found was already used, the room was not heated, I was really sick for 2 nights, I will never go back again
