Check in was very stressful because they lost the reservation. The bathroom in the room was extremely small and crowded.

I’m finding this difficult! Maybe the room was a little small for three adults but we knew what we were letting ourselves into. Breakfast options didn’t change in a week but it got us up and out

Location was perfect for iconic Times Square but also for the transport links we required and other attractions we wanted to see and restaurant's/cafe’s we wanted to visit. Staff were genuinely friendly and only too happy to help.

There was no city view from my room.

The location was beneficial in navigating my way around New York. I was able to meet other tourists at Time Square at any time of the day or night that I walked out. I would recommend Hotel Edison.

The staff in the on site restaurant (Bond) I think it was called were unfriendly and rude.

Aircon very loud! Not the hotels fault but a lot of construction noise through the night from outside.

The night time construction in the building next door. The staff up to the manager kept blaming the city. It wasn’t a city project, it was a private development or renovation. We were given no forewarning.

The location is superb! Excellent staff, great luggage storage facilities. The grab and go breakfast is amazing! Near subways and all main attractions, you literally can walk everywhere with Time Square about 50 meters from the hotel. Great ice maker and water refill station in the passage.

The only problem we had was building noise during the night. Our room was located opposite Morgan Stanley and there appeared to be building works going on which resulted in us being woken up at 2 am in the morning twice by the sound of drilling. Totally understand that this wasn't the hotel's fault though.

This is the third time that we have stayed in this hotel, mainly because of it's great location. We loved the grab and go breakfast and our room was perfect and clean. All the staff were very helpful and friendly

Brilliant location, lower floors can be noisy, but great view of Times Square and the New York skyline from the 22nd
