They evidently need more help at the front desk because no matter what time you went there there was nobody there you could push the button on the little remote thing nobody would come you could holler to see if somebody was around. Nobody would come. I actually went down to get a soda and a candy bar and I couldn’t even pay for it because nobody was there When we checked out the next morning I told them that I owed them for a candy bar and a soda.

The staff is great people, and they also make sure that they customers are safe and secure. Anything you need they find away to accommodate you. Nice rooms with shower only and comfortable beds that's clean.

The mini fridge does not work and we thought there would be a Continental breakfast but there was not. Other than those two minor issues, we have had a great stay so far!

An associate refused to provide materials as requested (i.e., towels) and accused me of being confrontational. I requested to speak to management, but the leadership has not contacted me. Some maintenance staff overly observe and follow guests around the premises.

Breakfast was unavailable due to maintenance. Roaches in the place scattering, couldn't eat food or drink without them coming out. Only can get in the pool from 3pm-9pm, usually this is when you check in & you don't immediately go to the pool. That kinda sucked.

I did like the pool with the time I got to enjoy it. Comfy beds apart from the pest problem. Good staff helped me with all my needs.

Room was very dated, the bathroom had the most pungent cigarette smell I’ve ever encountered. Someone had to seriously chain smoke in that bathroom of a supposed non smoking room. The whole room had an odor because of it. The hallways and doors are all banged up and display what you would imagine to expect at an hourly motel. The staff is nice. Seems like the owners children are running it. Paid for two nights. Didn’t even stay the second night because it was so awful. They would not reimburse for it either. The pictures and reviews make this place seem nicer than it was. 2 out of 10.

Broken toilet paper holder , dirty /painted stained floor in bathroom, lights on wall above bed non working , ceiling above bed where it met the adjoining wall had mold on the ceiling , over all room was not maintained .

The hotel looked warm and inviting, lobby area was beautiful and clean. The staff are courteous and nice. The beds are amazing, very soft like a cloud. The linens are very good. The room was clean and had a microwave fridge and a safe. No coffee pot it's downstairs with coffee available any time. Breakfast was basic offerings bagel assortment, waffles, cereal, and fruit. Apple and orange juice . I definitely recommend choosing this hotel the rate was great.

The first room they put me in was dirty bed wasn't made, or anything. The second room The toilet was dirty and clogged I complained and was pretty much told I was lying, why would I lie about something like that. I used a plunger they had with no luck of unclogging it. If I had to go # 2 I was shit outta luck. Lol

Well the room floors looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a couple days. Also shower rod and curtin was super gross and rusted. There was a hole in the sliding door to the bathroom that did not slide easily at all. We had a king size bed which only had three normal size pillows for two people.

The location was great. We were in town for wrestling tournament and it was not a far drive to and from. Also close to shopping and food. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Even though booking.com shows no breakfast they do have a small breakfast spread for guest.

When we arrived we were told the breakfast will not be available as there were issues with the area where its served. If you used the stairs from 3rd floor to go down, the lobby wad blocked off with paint cans and you had to exit outside.

There was no water pressure one morning for my shower, the breakfast was very limited and not to be picky, but there wasn't even butter for the dry waffles lol.

It was clean, close by lots of stores and food options, and the room was nice for the price.
