Bed was comfy. Young lady who checked me in was quite helpful and pleasant.

Lots of noise at night from people coming and going. Many Street people in the complex. Too noisy for my tastes and wasn't really comfortable with the atmosphere of the location.

Staff was really helpful and nice. Almost everything worked in the room and was pretty clean.

We arrived an hour and a half after check in, and still had to wait an additional hour while they got our room ready. This was not ideal, as we had just drove 9 hours to get there. The area is riddled with homeless people and I didn’t feel safe leaving my car there. We received dirty towels in the bathroom, and only half a roll of toilet paper which looked like it fell in water. There was dirt and debris under the quilt comforter on the bed, as well as food on the floor (they didn’t sweep??). The room was not any of the rooms advertised and was TINY - about 5 inches on either side of the bed before there was a wall, so you couldn’t really get in or out without crawling down the mattress. The door also only had a lock on the doorknob with no deadbolt or chain or any sort of additional security.

The staff was very nice and the air conditioning worked well in the room.

Property hasn’t been upgraded and still requires physical key. There are no WiFi enabled TVs or USB ports.

The lady checking us in was friendly, there was an error in booking and she corrected it with no issues. There were some pans to use in the kitchenette and they were prompt in fixing the television.

I called the hotel to say it wasn't me to the booking and then my stuff had been taken and not to feel my card and it still did cuz it wasn't my card anymore somebody is doing it so I'm not happy my money was taking out of my account I never was there how could I when I was already checked into another hotel

I was never at this hotel I did not check in it was not made by me and I'm not happy they took the money anyways and I called the hotel way ahead to tell him that was not me to did the booking and not to take my money it would not be checking in cuz I was already checked into another hotel

I love the rooms & location. I DO NOT believe it's ok to charge a pet "cleaning fee", like it's a Airbnb and even for a service animal. What the what?!??? My entire stay my tv just didn't work. Javier came to my room 3 times to rig the t, tape it, eventually in end basically saying sorry about my luck. That's over half the reason I'm relaxing is cuz I'm relaxing watching tv. For the money I was charged, they should of fixed the problem or offered a compensation.

This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It is a motel and storage unit. The parking is limited and tight. The door was warped and got stuck. There was no air circulation only 1 tiny window in the room and one in the bathroom. There was only one small trash can. Only one outlet that was in an inconvenient location and didn't work. The room smelled like a mix of old smoke and vomit. I dont know what they clean the floors with but it felt oily and gross. I wore sandals or socks. The bedding was itchy. It is very loud. I got a knock from a random guy looking for someone. The next morning there was a car alarm that kept going off and everything it did there would be a woman yelling. The next day there were some dogs barking in a car and a lady yelling about that at 7-8 in the morning. There is a $25 pet deeposit. If you want to get rst don't stay here. If you are traveling alone don't stay here. If you are disabled don't stay here. If you have a large vehicle or are towing anything don't stay here. If you are a family, there is not enough room for you to stay here. If you have pets there are cheaper motels that have actual pet areas.

the place had plumbing issues, so my room was filled up with water by the morning when i woke up. also there is a lot of people carrying trash on the parking lot giving you no space to park your car. but i have to saw the worst part was the restrooms were trash

The TV did not work but we did not spend much time in the room because the back patio was really nice.
