The accommodations were perfect even for our pet dog! Delicious breakfast cooked to order, not just powdered eggs! Workout facilities were clean and great hot tub. Very close to our event at Memorial Park and staff was super kind.

The bathrooms for the pool/gym were locked, so I had to go back to my room and nearly didn't make it. You would think they would be open at least by 6AM for those who wish to get in a workout before going to work. The rooms aren't very soundproofed. You could hear traffic and noisy guests as if they were in the room, but it was quiet after 10pm

We liked having the exercise room, although signage and directions could have been better. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the hot breakfast options

Really disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t working/closed for maintenance. This was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel so really disappointed when it wasn’t there. Wish they’d mention this or update this better in the website at booking as I didn’t book much too far in advance at all that I could have been notified. Otherwise, all was great.

Breakfast was great with all the made-to-order options! Loved the modern rooms and spaces…kids loved it too!

Not being notified until after I received my bill that I would be charged 17 dollars a night for parking when there is no other place to park. Was even given a "parking pass" under the guise it was free to come and go from the parking garage without charge cause we were staying there only to be charged for it after checking out. It is very misleading and dishonest.

The location made for easy access to all of the surrounding restaurants and attractions. The rooftop restaurant was nice for a romantic evening with views.

Excellent hotel, being relatively new everything was as it should be. Check-in and out was easy with pre-registration.. The hotel was busy when we arrived and we ended up with a disabled room which had lots of room and the bonus of a compact kitchen area. The position is great with easy access to restaurants and shops, free ride bus along the strip was an added bonus although it stops at 10 pm. Parking was easy and competitively priced. Free breakfast was appreciated and more than adequate with selection however at times it was busy but still manageable. Staff were helpful and very polite. Good value for money and would certainly recommend this hotel again.

The pillows were terrible for side sleepers. I wish that there was an option for a harder pillow. There were not enough towels and washcloths for the amount of people we had in there. The breakfast portions were quite small.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was pretty spacious and the hot tub was relaxing. The breakfast was pretty good and varied. The ambience was so intriguing, with the nooks and seating. The parking was free and easy to get into and out of.

In my first 5-minute experience with the receptionist, she was kind of short and not inviting. She did become much nicer after a few minutes, she may have been overwhelmed. She was also a bit more friendly and helpful the following morning.

Breakfast was wonderful and there were a lot of options. The cook was kind and he interacted well with the guests. The location was fabulous, very close to restaurants and easy to get to key places.
