Great location for Irving and Dallas. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though there is a highway, the windows are really good at blocking the noise. The gym is so so, but not everything can be perfect! The stuff is nice, and the breakfast is A+!

My biggest gripe was probably the price of the stay. I understand that quality isn’t cheap but I do think the price is a little on the steeper side.

Location was very nice and near many restaurants and stores. Property is very secure requiring key cards to enter after 11pm. Elevator also requires key card to be operated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Emma and Julie were especially nice and helpful with anything I needed. Really enjoyed having the opportunity to cook and store more food than I usually could in a hotel. I ended up making steak and eggs the following morning on a cooktop. They provided pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, and anything else you can think of that belongs in a kitchen. Nice sized smart TV that worked well. The bed slept very nicely and was comfortable. Bathroom was clean and nicely arranged.

It was clean, with a lot more amenities than you’d expect for the price including a nice bar, made to order free breakfast, heated outdoor pool, and a barbecue area.

Location was conveniently close to DFW. Breakfast was great. My room was clean, quiet and peaceful. Wi-Fi was included that was easy to connect to and fast. The staff were very welcoming. The surrounding area was safe and an ideal walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

I asked a long time in advance when booking a high floor and a quiet room. I actually got a room on the 5th floor (out of 12) and the room was in front of the elevator and the service room so it was not quiet. Breakfast: There was only one stand that made omelettes. On the one hand it's nice to get a fresh omelette, on the other hand the line was unreasonable and in practice, many people have up. So as me

The staff were exceptional and made our weekend in Dallas even better by being so helpful and friendly. It’s also centrally located which makes it really convenient if you have plans in downtown or Arlington. A great perk was the made-to-order hot breakfast included in the price of our room.

The one and only negative I can give this property is the check in mishap I had. I was checking in, when I was told to pay I held my card up to the machine and it showed the transaction went through. The front desk attendant then told me to swipe it again because it didn't go through. I told them it did, they insisted I swipe again. I was told the machine I was using was glitchy and if no line popped up for me to sign my name then it didn't go through. I did it again and got the same message that it was successful. Signed and went up to my room. Checked my bank account and I was charged twice. $1400 gone from my account. I called the front desk to let them know and was told it was not their problem and I would need to get with my bank. I called my bank and they said they could cancel the second transaction but it would take 3 business days to put my money back (Monday was a holiday). So I had to borrow money from my savings to cover my weekend expenses. Completely unavoidable if they would just replace the machine they know isn't working.

Loved the location was close enough to the highway, the convention center, and lots of restaurants. The room was spacious and beautiful. I had a smaller room with the kitchenette and fridge. It was quiet, clean , parking was ample and I felt safe. My friends booked at this hotel too in a suite and their room was also spacious and had a nice kitchen with an island, and a small living room in addition to the bedroom. The breakfast was top notch! Plenty of hot and cold options. The best part was they had a personal chef (I was there on the weekend unknown if available during the week) that had a pancake station and an omelet station set up to make it fresh in front of you (line gets long so get down early). They also had a wine down hour with complimentary beer wine, cheese and crackers around 5pm in the lobby. Solid 9/10 stay. Would absolutely come back.

Our bathroom door handle kept breaking off and it was super loud when moving the door but thats an easy fix!

Very clean property. Each staff member we encountered was friendly. Good breakfast options and they have a cool coffee machine. The room was spacious and we loved how it came equipped with kitchen essentials. You can also stream things like netflix and youtube on the tv. Overall pleased with our stay here and we will be back!
