Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Around the hotel there is not much. there is a restaurant in the hotel but if you want to go somewhere else you need to take an Uber. It was too hot to walk.
At the beginning we were assigned a room on the second floor so we heard the karaoke downstairs that they told us it does not happen all the time. Due to health reasons, we asked to change rooms and Jaqueline at the reception helped us a lot. She was very kind. In the new room we were able to have a good rest. The bedroom was spacious and the little kitchenette was very handy. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. On the weekend they had fresh pancakes and on the weekday they had other alternatives. The shopping malls are close

Is the second time we visited the hotel and in this oportunity we noticed our Executive room we did not have the dinning table . in that type of room is necesary the stain still pan cook are not good to cook simple things like eggs, the get stick create burn a fire alarm goes out etc

It is a little outdated, only 1 elevator working in the facility that takes forever to send you up or down.
It is very well located and the breakfast options are very versatile.

The sofa was old, uncomfortable and unusable. The black out blind in our bedroom was broken when we arrived so our room was dark for the whole 4 day stay. We never received any housekeeping, we specifically requested it one day when we were heading out of the hotel. But on our return 5 hrs later it had not been done.
Great bed and well sized room. The restaurant is fantastic, with wonderful staff.

I cannot think of anything currently .
The staff and the facility made us feel very comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was very good. It was definitely a great choice and will be more than happy to stay there in the future.

We thought the towels were not that clean. There was too much sunlight by the window. Please have in new blinds or something to darken bit more. Also the door insulation was not that great, the light from the hallway was on our room the whole night. It was hard to fall asleep.

Breakfast can be chaotic when too many people show up at the same time. Dirty plates and cups everywhere, all seats taken, several food options empty, no bowl to find etc. Prices in the snack shop are horrendously high. In our opinion the hotel is a little too steep for what you get. Be aware: the drive to the airport today took us 30min.
Spacious room and very comfortable beds even though the room itself is not very welcoming. Bathroom was very clean and very well equipped. Had complimentary water in the fridge which was nice. Breakfast was decent enough.

I did not like that housekeeping would come in the room regularly to clean up the room while we were gone but wouldn’t change the sheets.
My friend and i loved the space the bathroom allowed. I love the included breakfast as well as the attached steak restaurant.

It's a big impersonal hotel. Breakfast is good but they serve it in the lobby and the space is not right, too small for the number of clients. The pool closes at 7, no use if you planned to go around all day.
It is a clean and fully equipped hotel. Close to the airport and to visit the Everglades.
