Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Front desk Down, didn't smile once, I had to ask twice for something that she didn't take care of, and didn't do the parking pass correctly either. Her business card said she was the manager, so no one really to complain about her.
Location was excellent with great restaurants steps away! Room was spacious with a full size fridge, stove top, sink and dish washer. Also not too far of a drive to the Old Market and River Front.

Room small. Parking was okay but someone damaged our bumper and didn’t leave notification.
Breakfast was very good. Not as many selections as some but all fresh. Clean and pancakes made as needed. Location good for us. Easy access to interstate. Limed the view from the 8th floor.

Cats are not allowed at the property. I wish this hotel will become truly a pet friendly one.
Clean, comfortable and nice accomodations. We have stayed here several times, location is great.

Just wished the room was a little bigger.
Loved that the room had a kitchenette. Breakfast was pretty good. Staff was friendly when we checked in.

The grounds and garage were unkept. Lots of cigarette butts/ debris in the garage. rusted trash cans.

I saw that it had parking but was unaware that there was a charge for parking Should say yes there is parking for a few instead of saying there is parking

There was very low water pressure in the shower. We understand the reason, but rather than having a "rain" showerhead, maybe having a regular water saver shower head would be better. I had difficulty getting shampoo rinsed out of my hair because of the low pressure. Also, the Sunday morning breakfast service was chaotic. Maybe having a defined route at the counter to dish up breakfast would make it less of a free-for-all.
We liked that there was a couch in the room so we could watch television without being in bed.

I would have like my view out of my window to not be a parking garage.
We liked the location of the property. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and the beds are very comfortable. The showers are nice and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Got double charged for parking, but it was still cheaper than most parking ramps in the area

The only things...the HH was nice but limited due to the dispensary for the wine and beer wasn't working; however, the staff made up for it with box wine and canned beer. The railing in our shower had rust stains running down the wall, but was securely attached to the shower wall. We will definitely be back!!
Our scenery was lovely over looking the park! The bed was super comfortable especially the bedding. We liked the walk in shower, the kitchen and the sitting area. It was nice bedding able to park in the covered parking to keep our car out of the weather. We will definitely be back when we come to visit our family there.

The noise from the traffic was loud through the window. A pool or hot tub would have been great.
The bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff members are super nice. Breakfast was yummy.

Although, the room was clean. The rooms are small compared to the cost. A few minor cosmetic updates are needed. Nothing that took away from our stay, just noticable. We wanted to open the window, but it was nailed closed. We observed other windows open on the floors below and above us.
