We didn’t notice anything that we didn’t like. It was a great stay for us.

We really enjoyed the location of the property, the staff was incredibly helpful and polite, and the room was so clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the 3pm check-in and noon check-out, we didn’t feel rushed the day of our check-out.

-The suite was more than we expected, and we were so grateful it had a cooktop and kitchenette. The made-to-order breakfast was healthy: they used REAL eggs and offered the best healthy full breakfast options (including chia pudding) that I've experienced in all my hotel stays. Thank you!

The only complaint we had was low water pressure in the shower the next morning.

Kids loved the swimming pool and exercise room. We all loved the breakfast! Beds were comfortable and we were not expecting a kitchenette in our room.

The walls seemed pretty thin, so it could be noisy when the hotel has more guests. We had no noise issues, but there did not seem to be that many guests.

This was an upgrade from the run-down places that offer airport shuttle service. This place is new, very clean and only 10 to 15 minutes from The Parking Spot. The Parking Spot runs a very efficient and fast shuttle compared to the slap-dash pickup service from nearby airport hotels with free shuttle service. Nice Italian restaurant only a 2 minute walk from the hotel.

I just wish it were a little closer to Old Town Scottsdale, but I had a great walk for exercise. My husband had a day out of town and we are from Wisconsin, so I didn't have an extra car. But I hope to come again to stay.

The ambiance was wonderful and a nice corner room with a view of the pool!

Didn’t like leaving😉

Loved the boutique style room and view of landscaped courtyard and pool. Lobby was spread out with lots of sectional couch seating and social mingling or time on your screen.

It was pretty expensive for what it was plus front desk person on first night was not quite surly but not very friendly. Other front desk. People were great though.

Room was clean and tidy beds were very comfortable kitchen unlike most in hotels like this was well stocked with plates and knives and pans, and the basics that you would need in the kitchen would’ve been nice to have some oil too but oh well. breakfast was pretty good.

We liked everything about this Element hotel location. The staff accommodated our early arrival and were very friendly. The interior of the hotel is fresh and modern but also felt warm and comfortable. The breakfast area and the breakfast were above our expectations. Fresh-made egg omelets were a highlight. Lastly, there is an excellent brewery right across the street from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is traveling. The value is 10/10.

Parking was a bit confusing but once we got it figured out it wasn’t bad.

Appreciated the attention paid to more eco-friendly products and practices within the hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially Glen at the front desk. Excellent location if you wish to visit the Desert Botanical Gardens- very close! Wonderful heated outdoor pool.

The breakfast I found uninspiring and boring… breakfast is my favourite meal and it disappointed I’m afraid.

The beds - so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud! Loved having a coffee making machine in the room. Decor in the foyer and in the rooms is lovely, modern, quirky and well thought through.

In a business district appearing area. Restaurants are walkable but atmosphere of area is a little cold.

Immaculately clean, smelled nice, super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was fantastic.
