I understand it was a busy weekend with a giant concert in town, so I know there will be some issues. But the woman who “checked us in” was lacking in the customer service department. Our checkin was emailed for 3pm, we arrived at 3:30 to the woman telling us room wasn’t ready and she didn’t know when it would be. There was a bit more of a rude exchange, and we were told to just sit and wait. The gentleman got us all checked in & set at about 4:10pm. He was great.

I liked the big enough rooms for all the family to stay together. 2 adults and 3 kids all fitted comfortably. Facilities looked very clean and modern. The outdoor area looked great for entertainment.

At times the staff looked a bit overwhelmed. We arrived there at night and I had to wait at the reception for around 10 minutes before someone showed up and was able to help us with check in. Probably the girl also had to take care of other things. Breakfast was different more like a restaurant style I liked it you order food then they call out your name to pick up the order looks more clean and presentable but the area where you self serve your drinks and get utensils was unattended. Coffee spills everywhere, no cups for the juice, no forks and no ice tongs. We let staff know and a boy came out off the kitchen to take care of things.

Felt very new, fresh, modern

It was situated in an awkward location and traffic would be backed up making it difficult at time to get in and out of the property.

Loved how soft and comfortable the bed was! Room and facility was clean too.

The roundabout you have to take to get to the hotel is very dangerous, especially if you're not from the area. Got into a wreck my night there.

This location is great and I love how clean the rooms are. We always can find parking at the hotel.

It was clean and close to where we needed to be. The staff was awesome. There are plenty of restaurants around to choose from.

The shower in the room was very skinny. The coffee brand in the room and available at breakfast was trash. Breakfast is more like a bistro small serving made when ordered and not my style or taste. We skipped that. I'm more of a traditional breakfast person who likes whole breakfasts.

I loved the bed comfort,the room is so we'll equipped, loved the space,the kitchenette, the overall vibe. I really enjoyed the made to order delicious breakfast and yogurt bar. The pool was great too.

Nothing. Everything was good. Maybe the price, but who isn't struggling with price at this time.

The hotel is good but the staff charged me again for the room i had paid in advance and did not respond in any way when i tried to clarify the matter!

Drinks and snacks at the bar in the afternoon were great and swimming pool area was great and relaxing.

Fold out her in the room was very uncomfortable - needs replacing L.

Rooms get warm at night. Front desk employee, not very friendly.
