They need to separate families from adults. The last night of our stay a family with two loud and screaming kids checked in above us, running all around. They played the TV so loud we didn’t need to turn ours on and kept us up until Two am.

It took forever to get checked in. We were told it would be about an hour. They took my number and said I would get a call when the room is ready. We ate dinner in their restaurant, got a call at 4:08 p.m., and said the room is ready. We finished up and went to check in 30 minutes later, and the front desk said my room isn't ready and has no idea why I got a call, it was after 6 pm before we got in our room. Advertised having 2 hot tubs, one was not available due to something wrong with it, we never did use the pool or hot tub, too crowded. The bed could be more comfortable. They look older and could be updated for the price we paid per night. Very clean facility, though! Our view was probably the best part.

A neighbor was smoking a cigar and that smell wafted into our room. We didn't have any hotel staff check our room, which was needed. It would have been helpful to understand how the rooms were accessed as there were many stairs.

The front desk staff were great! We didn't realize that there was no air conditioning so that was a surprise but ended up fine as the weather was cooler. The restaurant was excellent and we would recommend it to anyone.

The drinks in the bar seemed way overpriced at happy hour they only carry 4 low end whiskey and charge $12.00 for it on the rocks ,the charcuterie board was disappointing for the money they charged .

The property was very nice , tho we didn’t use the gym or pool they were adequate and very clean everything was very clean, ample parking ,it seems every room overlooks the bay .

No air conditioner. It was very hot in the hours between 2:00 and 7:00 pm.

Breakfast? I wasn't aware we got breakfast!! I liked the view and the comfort.

Stairs, restaurant on site was pricey and limited

It was clean, comfortable, safe, on the water, close to dining and nice area to walk around. It felt like a little condo. Other than stairs which I have a hard time with due to my chronic arthritis, we had a great stay. We had a small issue with the toilet, but were able to get it resolved in less than 2 hours. I would recommend this resort as it was very nice.

We occasionally heard the guests upstairs due to how their deck was situated above us, but it wasn't an issue.

We loved the location and scenery, looking out over the bay was beautiful, and the setup of the condo worked very well for us.

Paper thin walls, it wasn't the hotel's fault but it was hard to sleep some nights because of how loud the neighbors were being.

Really nice location, clean, and awesome views of the bay. Loved having the separate bedroom and our own cooking area. Even had a washer and dryer.

I don’t want to sound ungrateful but the Farmers Brothers coffee provided in the room was awful.

The rooms were very clean. The view of Newport harbor/bridge was fantastic. The beds were king size and comfortable, the upstairs room had a Murphy bed worked great for our 5 year old. Had a full kitchen. There was plenty of hot water. We ate at the resort restaurant, the food and service were excellent.

Room was very hot in the late afternoon and required all of the windows to be opened and a fan employed to cool it down. There are a fair number of stairs to be navigated and the final staircase inside the room is very narrow.

The view from the room was of Yaquina Bay and the bridge and it was spectacular. All of the rooms have a view. The rooms are spacious and light.

Very small bathroom/NOT enough towels/hard to find and get into room with heavy luggage (LOTS of stairs)
