A quaint, old school property that’s fresh, clean, and with a super comfortable bed. Noise was low to non-existent from the busy road and neighboring rooms and the staff was friendly and professional. We really appreciated our short stay.

Have to sign in to TV programs, we didn't remember our passwords, only Dateline was free. So not able to access TV/ movies

The parking lot was well lit at night, but I prefer a darker setting and the curtains didn’t keep out all of the light.

The rooms were spacious, well appointed and maintained. It was a pleasant surprise, as the exterior is a pretty standard, older looking roadside motel. There was a simple but nice breakfast spread available every morning, and the employees were attentive and polite. The weekend I booked was college move-in time, so the prices were elevated, but normal rates are very reasonable, so we will definitely return.

The exterior of the motel is typical for this type of motel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the interior. The room was surprisingly large and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay. Motel is located outside the city, but it is still close enough to explore the area. We also liked that it is pet friendly motel.

I love that it was quiet and family owned. The rooms were perfect size for my small family. It had everything that we needed and was incredibly clean and updated. I especially noticed that the towels were very soft. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. I love supporting family owned businesses.

The inside was a total surprise. You can tell they worked to raise the standard. Pleasantly surprised for a motel/Inn type place. I would consider returning. Descent for a one night stay.

Overall, a very nice out of the way Inn. Nice staff, room was very neat and clean, bed was comfortable Quiet with the exception of the A/C unit in the room. A/C did function very well and kept us very cool

The room had a weird layout with the air conditioner down this long hall, it created sort of a wind tunnel

It was traditional basic country motel. The checkin was very friendly and straightforward. The room had everything one would have expected in this class of hotel. The continental breakfast was adequate and allowed us to get on the road.

We were staying for three nights, and had one chair for two people. I was made to feel that it was unreasonable for me to ask for another chair. However, three of the four people employed there made us feel welcome. The room was small, but with a king bed that was to be expected. Breakfast was average continental.

Price and location for visiting the area. Very comfortable bed and pillows, beautiful modern bathroom. Refrigerator with a freezer was a nice touch. Bakery items at breakfast were fresh.

The renovations are recent. One door still needed adjusted, but this was minor.

I would stay here again. This recently remodeled hotel was clean, had comfortable bedding and a nice breakfast. It is in a quiet location just outside of Ithaca. There are different sizes of rooms. I went with the smaller one and it was fine.

I visit Ithaca at least once a year to see family. I just found out about this place as it has new owners last year. They redid all the rooms....from the outside you would not expect what is inside.
