Clean and newly renovated

Clean, comfortable

It was comfortable and clean with a good parking area.

Breakfast was minimal

A quaint, old school property that’s fresh, clean, and with a super comfortable bed. Noise was low to non-existent from the busy road and neighboring rooms and the staff was friendly and professional. We really appreciated our short stay.

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, convenient motel layout, location is convenient enough.

Only complaint is that breakfast should always have some kind of meat available, like bacon or sausage.

I liked the price and the location. The staff were friendly.

I didn't even try to go to their breakfast because it was lacking. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is tight for two people. I had no trouble sleeping, but my partner said the floor was more comfortable.

Clean, comfortable beds and pillows, light up mirror in bathroom, parking in front of door so convenient, good Continental breakfast provided, great value!

Have to sign in to TV programs, we didn't remember our passwords, only Dateline was free. So not able to access TV/ movies

The room had an unpleasant smell, and in the morning I noticed stains on the bed sheets, though it was too late to request a change as we were only there for one night. The breakfast could use improvement, as some of the fruit was overripe and the coffee was not fresh. They charged more than Hilton in the city center in Ithaca. Very disappointed

It's being slowly renovated. Looks like it's improving all the time.

The rooms were spacious, well appointed and maintained. It was a pleasant surprise, as the exterior is a pretty standard, older looking roadside motel. There was a simple but nice breakfast spread available every morning, and the employees were attentive and polite. The weekend I booked was college move-in time, so the prices were elevated, but normal rates are very reasonable, so we will definitely return.

The parking lot was well lit at night, but I prefer a darker setting and the curtains didn’t keep out all of the light.

The exterior of the motel is typical for this type of motel, but we were pleasantly surprised by the interior. The room was surprisingly large and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. It has everything you need for a stay. Motel is located outside the city, but it is still close enough to explore the area. We also liked that it is pet friendly motel.

I love that it was quiet and family owned. The rooms were perfect size for my small family. It had everything that we needed and was incredibly clean and updated. I especially noticed that the towels were very soft. Everyone who worked there was very friendly. I love supporting family owned businesses.

The inside was a total surprise. You can tell they worked to raise the standard. Pleasantly surprised for a motel/Inn type place. I would consider returning. Descent for a one night stay.

Overall, a very nice out of the way Inn. Nice staff, room was very neat and clean, bed was comfortable Quiet with the exception of the A/C unit in the room. A/C did function very well and kept us very cool
