The floors needed to be vacuumed. This would be inside the room and the whole facility.

We enjoyed staying at Embassy suites because of the atmosphere evening social hour and breakfast. The food and drinks were good.

Our trash was never emptied out daily. So we had to have trash piling up in our trash bins. Even after we requested to have it emptied out, it never was. We also had to request to have our towels replaced. They probably never would have unless we contacted the front desk. We never had a “do not disturb” sign up either so we don’t know why our room was ignored from housekeeping. We’d be gone in time everyday for them to come by.

It was safe and family friendly.

The cleaning of room and changing linen had to be requested everyday even though it was requested upon check in. We had medical conditions requiring cleanliness of room and fresh linen.

The staff was nice at front desk, pool area was clean and great hot tub, but cleaning staff did not speak English, had no key, nor could they understand simple request to clean room or linen needed changing.

The hotel smelled very musty. Strong ordor in lobby area and our rooms. But, all in all a good stay.

With that the first night we stayed there in the bedroom is a sink, that sink started randomly sounding like rain was falling from it. I got up and noticed that there was water leaking from behind the sink, you could see water droplets coming through the wall paneling and the wall was mushy like it had been happening for quite a while.

The breakfast was not bad. My husband liked the fact that they had an omlette station where someone freshly made your eggs. The happy hour at 5-630pm was great and a nice little treat especially on check in day.

We didn't get the room/floor we choose. We got put in front of elevators. Our living room area lamps didn't work and the beds aren't very comfortable. The ice machine never had ice, we walked there a couple of times both days we were there. They charge parking.

Breakfast was the best, very good! The hotel is very close to many stores and food places.

The free drinks and snacks in the afternoon and the AMAZING breakfast!! When we had a problem with one of our TVs the maintenance guy was there within minutes at midnight.

Pool was closed on Saturday night for cleaning. We understood this, but when we went back early Sunday, the hot tub was not clean. Also, our toilet was not on good working order. It took a long time to fill. They came, but it still needed maintenance.

Stool in bathroom is on top of shower. Cleaning crew left dirty towels in shower after cleaning room. Ice bucket in room should be thrown away. Lid busted. No way to adjust fan in room. Auto is it. I asked to speak to manager about TV issues but they never contacted us at all.

The inconsistency of the different staff, one offered excellent service during check in but when we returned to the desk to ask for an item we were not as provided the same service. Nothing against the hotel the employee must’ve had a bad night….

Breakfast was delicious and open area not congested and very accessible. Very friendly cleaning crew in the dining area. Super clean cafeteria and dining area.
