The pool closed from 10 to 12 daily for cleaning, but that day they didn't clean the water very well. The rest of the grounds were very nice.

The indoor outdoor pool and the bar and restaurant were the reasons we picked this place for our sisters weekend. Relaxation was all we wanted for the weekend,. We spent the whole day in the pool. However it could have been cleaned better, it was cloudy and had specs of dirt floating in it, but we made the best of it anyway. Overall the stay was great, everyone was super nice, and our bartender was awesome Saturday night. Love the happy hour you have there, totally a surprise for free drinks from 5-7 ( I think). The food was good from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet was really nice too . Love the omelet bar!

The staff were very nice & fun. There was a convention going on, but we never heard a lot of noise in our room. Breakfast was good with very pleasant staff cooking, restocking & cleaning up after all the patrons. Beds & pillows were comfortable.

The outlets in our room 726 are old and any of our chargers just fell out and wouldn’t charge good. In the middle of the night there were 6 vehicles that got broken into. There needs to be security outside at all times taking shifts. Was told it has happened a lot here. But other than that I really liked the hotel.

Hotel is outdated and the pool could use an upgrade. Also, breakfast staff were a bit lazy with preparing items. No pancakes or scrambled eggs were on the hot line and the person cooking didn't really want to prepare anything.

I wish the breakfast had started earlier as we had to be at the tournament location at 6:30am both days. It smelled so good as we were walking out and we didn’t get to partake either day due to our schedule.

Basically just the shortening of the happy hour and the limited hours for the pool in the fact, there’s no longer a hot tub at so many of your hotels and there is not a sauna

I loved the atmosphere and the happy hour from 530 to 7. I wish it would have been a half an hour longer like it used to be two hours to three hours and they’ve cut that in half.

The elevator at the front was super slow and only one side worked so if you have a lot to carry be prepared to hold it for awhile

The rooms need to be updated the bathroom was not clean I had to clean it myself we had a pull out couch with no sheets or blanket or pillows. The kids couldn’t get the WiFi to work we called down numerous times & went to the front desk numerous times they never fixed the problem or offered a solution.

The bar area is nice & the hot breakfast is the best around the staff in the kitchen are top notch friendly & stayed on top of keeping it clean & hot food with the crowd!

Rooms were pretty clean, found a hair in the shower but not everything can be perfect. Complimentary breakfast, nice suite overall. fit three of us comfortably. If you’re needing somewhere to stay for the night, I would suggest it.
