I didn't like the toilets were to low. The new height toilets are needed. The TV service was good and not user friendly.

The friendly staff; eager to assist you. The breakfast definitely continues to meet our expectations. The overall service and facility were good.

My room was 504. There was a constant odor of wet rug. I found a couple of pills from the previous occupants. The water was Luke warm at best for most of our stay. I had to have maintenance come and figure it out.

The location and the staff were great. The breakfast set up was nice as well. Staff was very helpful when I told them about a few issues I had.

Room had a few issues but in fairness, I didn't have enough time to spend in my room to meet with engineering to fix them so I didn't report them. This was a business trip with a very full agenda from 7am to 11pm each day. Nothing was a deal breaker though, since the rest of the accommodations were really great.

Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were spacious, clean and accommodating. Plenty of towels, bathroom mirror was lit well for putting on makeup (important for the ladies). Appreciated having the living room area to do some work in the wee hours o the morning before my meetings started. Breakfast buffet was very nice and freshly made omelets were delish! Really appreciated the coplimentary "Manager's Happy Hour" each evening between dinner meetings and dinner meetings.

Parking is $18 a night and that would have been nice to know, but it is free in the surrounding area if you're okay with a little walk depending on how busy things are. None of the ice machines worked. we had to get ice from the dining area. The faucet in our bathroom had a drip. Our pillows had stains and when we told staff about it nothing was done. Nobody came to our room for trash. Not sure if we were supposed to leave it outside or not.

Staff were all friendly and super helpful. Decent location if doing things in Frisco.

Charged us twice for our room and have not received our refund yet. Had been almost 2 months.

Room was clean. Requested no feather pillows before arrival and for the first time ever in any hotel it was done when we got there. Everyone was nice. Breakfast was very good.

- room service should be just done not when we call for - we stayed for 4 nights and got the same breakfast - some variations will be welcome, it's very boring to have same breakfast for 4 days - if dining options had a bit more choices - it would be really appreciated - and please keep a 24hrs food options (anything- even some fruits/sandwiches/packaged food/coffee) - for people who are international travelers and struggling with jet lag. - PLEASE ADD A DOOR MAGNET/STOPPER - SO THAT ITS EASIER TO GET IN AND OUT OF THE ROOMS WHEN YOU HAVE LUGGAGES/SHOPPING. Most of the times, the door has to be held by one person while another person helps out with the luggage - not all the time we have company.

We love staying here. The rooms have so much space for our family of 6. The only think I can complain about is breakfast on the weekends are not early enough. We had to be somewhere at 7 and they didn't even have coffee for me to have at 6:30 when I had to leave. Other than that we always have a great time here.

There was some staining on the bedding when we got there. The bedding was not dirty, but there was some staining on the white bedding. The toilet lid also had a large area of yellow staining. The door to get into the room needs to be replaced as it was broken and would not shut unless you forced it.

Overall the hotel was nice and clean. The location was great. The breakfast and evening reception were great as well.

Breakfast was not good. It was a very busy Sunday morning but it was stale and juice was watered down. Bag in box must have been out.
