The front desk staff, most were very friendly, however we went down to request sheets for the sofa cause our room had none and the lady was so rude, then she over heard me talking to my kids and stepped in to tell me she thought I was inappropriate and no parents should joke around with there kids like I was! I laughed and said if she doesn’t give us sheets y’all gonna have sleep on the floor! How it was inappropriate I’m not sure and it was totally none of her business. She also stepped in and told me it was fine for my kids to eat apples cause they were healthy when I had told them they couldn’t have one. Later my husband went to ask for an extra trash bag cause we had a kid wake up sick and she was totally hateful to him also.

Our room was VERY warm and humid. We cranked the AC the whole time but it felt barely cool and uncomfortably muggy the whole time. 90s outside, but that is nothing for Dallas

There was a fight in the pool that the police were called and some people were arrested. Also, one of the rooms the bathroom faucet did not work.

I liked that it had an option with either one king bed or two queen beds. I liked having the extra living room and dining area. Breakfast was delicious and had tons of options!

The room was outdated, and needed to be renovated. Old furniture, carpet, and you can see where the ceiling in the shower had been plastered badly.

The ac was not working properly and it was musty. We were not told we had to pay for parking and at the end there is a few for parking 20 a night. Not anywhere on the description nor in person were we told. The pool was freezing and the chlorine was wayyyyy to much.

The pool was freezing and dirty, they treated with with chemicals while we were staying but no signs were displayed and the smelll was so strong we couldn’t let the kids swim one day. Our room was so hot and the air wouldn’t come on, after 2 calls and 2 trips downstairs they moved us to a different room and that air worked great! The bathtub was stained up and had quite a bit of hair in it, I cleaned it with my own stuff I went and bought and we took showers and never set down! When we pulled out the sofa bed there was dirty sheets from the people before us! But the front desk quickly fixed it! They were very busy and full that weekend, no refunds were offered because of having to switch rooms or any issues but I didn’t wanna be a bother.

Overall it was a nice place, Plenty of room in the rooms for the 2 adults and 3 kids that went, the breakfast was delicious and the happy hour was a fun bonus, kids enjoyed it! The beds were comfy.

The rooms were very dated. Dark tones that seem to be from the 90s. It’s obviously very nice outdated decor and in good condition. Things were not faded or worn. Just very dark and older which wasn’t appealing.

The breakfast was very good and staff were friendly. Parking was accessible and the location off I35 was great. Beautiful atmosphere inside the lobby atrium area with the high cielings.

The staff at the front desk was not friendly . Room service for my other guest I travel with they did not clean the room came in an pickup trash and towels and that was it we stayed for 5 days 4 nights clean the room on the 4 night.

Hotel was very clean well maintained and pet friendly and most of all the room were big enough for 5 people. Free Breakfast was amazing.

The main reasons we chose this hotel was the location, size of rooms and pool. The pool ended up to be unusable it was so cold kids and adults couldn't bare it for more then a few minutes. Traveling with kids we were counting on the pool too wear them out and even they didn't want to play for more then 20 minutes in the cold water.

We loved the rooms, breakfast, we would consider staying here again! The only thing that would stop us was the lack of a useable pool- way too cold even for the kids.
