One downside during our visit was that a large portion of the hotel was under construction, which affected the overall ambiance. Some areas were blocked off, and there was occasional noise during the day. It also limited access to certain amenities, which wasn’t clearly communicated at the time of booking. While I understand renovations are necessary, it did take away from the full resort experience I was hoping for.

The beachfront location is stunning, offering incredible ocean views and direct access to the sand. The suites were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. I especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with fresh, made-to-order omelets and plenty of variety. Another great perk was the daily happy hour, where guests could enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks in a relaxed and social atmosphere. The staff was kind and attentive, making sure we felt welcome throughout our stay.

Egg whites not available at breakfast and wish chairs on balcony more comfortable. Everything else was amazing! Last time was here egg whites were available at omelette station. On change of cook end of week on Thursday they were but was refused by cook T-W

The hotel did not provide umbrella on the beach. There were no commercial activities around ,like shopping, dining or tours.

It would have been nice to have lower price for overnight parking and the hotel was in the middle of major construction. We had to switch rooms due to construction right outside our room. Power tools going all day while relaxing by the pool definitely killed the vibe a bit

Construction on the exterior of the hotel, causing a lot of noise in the morning

I like the rooms they had a sectional sofa pull out the king size bed spacious comfortable no Netflix only cable TV bathrooms were decent. The pool area and Jacuzzi were good. Jacuzzi didn’t really work. Great breakfast was decent. Had good options a little expensive considering there was construction going on all around the hotel.

The first room we were given was close to the elevator and the noise was awful. You can hear each time the elevator moves not just when it lands on your floor. There is still building work going on and it's quite intrusive.

The breakfast was excellent, particularly the omelette station. The cocktail hour was good too. Plenty of towels The front staff were accommodating and got us moved away from the extremely noisy elevator.

The hotel itself is good, however it was under renovations while we were there, so lots of noise, lots of dust. They also seem to get a lot of events during the weekend, which makes the lobby and valet quite busy and breakfast almost impossible to get a table.

Rooms are quite large. I would recommend getting anything that faces the beach and not the city or "sunset view", there is no view. Breakfast is quite good and the pool is great. Good access to the beach and even tough you have to pay for extra beach services, it is worth it!

Free drink coupons we got were valid till certein time only (5 pm?), we arrived later and couldn't use them - quite disappointing. The price was not low, but maybe that's the standard for this lcoation. American breakfast - I think the normal one in this country, but shocking for Europeans - no vegatables of any kind, no slices of ham / cheese

I felt the staff mostly the front desk staff really had an attitude. It seemed like it must come from management above because everybody seem to have the same attitude. They didn’t offer anything. If you wanted anything you had to ask for it such as your daily water, drink coupons they just didn’t have the hospitality feel that you should have in a Hotel.

The property was right along the beach. It was a beautiful area. They had a great pool which we did not use, nice lobby area. The breakfast buffet was good although compared to other Embassy Suites I stayed at it was below average,the reception at night was below average as well compared to other Embassy Suites.

Elevators are an horror, poor options at the restaurant, way expensive for the average people visiting this hotel, however breakfast is decent.
