To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location to the cruise port was excellent. It was within walking distance to a grocery store and dinner options. The outdoor pool and inside courtyard lobby were very nice.

United States of AmericaWe have stayed at this hotel every time we take a cruise, convenient and great pool. However, it is in DESPERATE need of renovations! Interior is very dated and getting run down. Double beds are very small for 2 adults. Half the Pool lounge chairs are missing cushions, and those are very uncomfortable without them.
The pool is WONDERFUL and warm. The outside areas are very tropical and scenic. The breakfast was very good and plentiful. The food served at the pool was very good. Holding our bags before check-in and after checkout to adhere to flights is very helpful.
