Pool was closed and hotel was under construction but there was no heads up about it before booking. Very quiet overall.

Breakfast was good. They had made to order omelets and eggs. My husband said the lady Cooking his eggs did a phenomenal job and was very down to earth.

I asked for a quiet room, and wound up just across from the elevators. That is OK except that they have a loud DING everytime they open and close. Yikes! But, I managed to sleep as it wasn't too busy after 10 and I rise early. Just annoying. And easily avoidable but the person checking us in didn't know where the rooms actually were! Hmm.

The "happy hour" and such was great. The breakfast was very good. The room was very quiet despite being near a busy road. Having two rooms with a door between is a big plus. Everything worked as well as expected.

That the water pressure was not that great in the shower and the buffet was depleted by 9:30 and no one was replenishing the food prior to you requesting and most of the time nothing was available to replace missing items.

It was a pleasant atmosphere, just really beautiful. Free happy hour drinks for hotel guests

Very clean and Updated Embassy Suites. My wife and I stayed in an Embassy Suites in Nashville.... Horrible! Outdated! Carpet from when I was born in 76. Breakfast in Louisville was ON POINT... ROOM ON POINT! WE will definitely stay at Louisville Embassy Suites in the future! Thank you for making our stay comfortable!😊

Construction didn’t really bother us other than water being shut-off Sunday at 10am. One of the elevators wasn’t working which put it down to one running elevator.

Breakfast was excellent with a ton of choices. I loved the variety. The remodeled rooms are beautiful and modern. We also took advantage of the lounging areas. I utilized the exercise room. Quality of all the equipment was great.

My tub knob did not work. I went to front desk to report and was told maintenance would check it out. No one showed—except housekeeping, twice before checkout, who entered the room after a very quick knock. LUCKILY I had a 2nd room booked for my teenagers and was able to use their shower. Made front desk aware and was offered a $10-$20 credit. Not pleased with that amount seeing what I spent in total, but they say it’s because I booked thru booking.com.

In spite of the construction, the hotel is beautiful.

We booked for 3.. we had a little amount of towels for 3. And we reserved the room with a pull-out bed. But came with no completions for our daughter. Pillows, blankets. Had to go down and ask for it. The staff seemed bothered that we asked.

Fine location when driving through from KY to DC. There is some construction going on, but it wasn't that bad during our stop over. The breakfast was great and coffee nice. Beds clean and comfortable.

We couldn't stay longer!!

Check in was super fast and easy. Customer service was awesome. Room very very clean 👌. Couch let out to a bed for extra room and comfort. Breakfast was EXCELLENT! MADE to order omelets 🔥!!Hot and fresh food made our stay worth while. We will be back again for sure.
