Rooms and facilities are a little dated, but fine.

Needs monitoring at the pool. Alot of guess send the kids to the pool and they're rowdy and unsupervised

We had a 12 noon check out but when we went back up after breakfast we noticed that someone was in our room with the door fully opened. That was not acceptable

The room was a bit shabby, cracked walls in the bathroom and furniture that looked worn and torn in places. I asked for extra towels and was told that I couldn't have any?!?!?

We dined at the TGIF restaurant which is right next door. Great breakfast. Even offered to make eggs to order. The suite had a separate bedroom with a door between the lounge.

The people in the room next to us had their music up so loud our room was vibrating - a call to the front desk did NOT resolve the issue and it was well after 1am when they finally turned it down. Another snafu - someone puked in the elevator and the lobby - it was cleaned up - but the elevator was not sanitized - the next morning the glass was still gross and it still reeked of vomit - it was disgusting.

I loved the layout of the hotel - but the openness made it very loud - similar to a mall. Breakfast was great, but there didn't seem to be enough seating. Overall, it was a nice place to stay and I would return.

It's time for an update on furniture in the suite. The sofa had a pillow coming loose at seams and places where it sank in. However the room was very clean. Excellent and friendly staff, good food.

The people in the room next to mine were incredibly loud until all hours of the morning, and the sound traveled through the walls. The hot tub in the pool area was not operational and taped off, and the pool looked a little murky.

The staff was exceptional. Everyone is spoke to was kind and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast and social hour options were pretty good. The cocktail I received at the evening reception was well made and there were a few snack options. Breakfast was a fairly standard hotel breakfast, and the staff at breakfast were great!

The furniture needs an update and the room was not cleaned well. There were food stains on the walls and carpet.

We had so much space in the suite. The two bedroom listed here is really a one bedroom (that has two beds) with living room that has a sofa bed. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was extensive. The afternoon reception was extensive too!

The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is generous and options extensive. The price is excellent, too. TGI Fridays is attached.

Some of the guests were a bit messy. This was no reflection on Embassy Suites at all. We found trash that guests had left in common areas and that was unfortunate. But, the staff was quick to clean up anything they came across.

The breakfast was fantastic. Much better than most hotel breakfasts. I had to work during our stay and having the bedroom separate was perfect. My husband was able to sleep while I worked which he can rarely do in a hotel room/suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

If I had to say anything negative and it's so minor. They should have the pool open later than 8pm. It should be till 10 or 11. And that they didn't have happy hour on christmas. And the ice machine was out on our floor but it was available on another floor. Otherwise these aren't really negative just adjustments.

The staff always friendly. We visited here before and they're very attentive to your concerns and needs. Looking forward to future stays.

Housekeeping didn’t come everyday so there are no clean towels in the room when I get back. But the staff very kind to provide clean towels when I asked them.

I didn't like the pool. It wasn't maintain well and I definitely did not like the bathroom in the room that it needs to be upgraded even the shower head in the bath was super old looking and out of date, and not what I would expect from the embassy suites.

The room was very comfortable in the bed was very clean and nice. I like the breakfast in the morning that really was a very nice breakfast and a beautiful atrium.
