We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe A/C went out in our room on the 2nd day. The staff was awesome about getting us into another room quickly! The hotel is directly next to a concert venue, so there was some noise. It really couldn't be helped.
The staff were super friendly and helpful! The price was reasonable, and breakfast was delicious. There is so much to do and see very close by.

United StatesWhen we checked in the person at the counter told me that we would be charged a $50 holding fee and that it would be refunded after our stay. I understood that and we went about our stay and then when we checked out, I confirmed to the person checking us out that the holding fee would be refunded and she said yes (this was a different person from the the person who checked us in). She mentioned that it may take up to 14 business days since it was booked through a third party (booking.com). I said ok. We pulled off and then I got a notification on my phone of a charge from the hotel. I pulled it up and we were charged an additional $30. I decided to go back to the hotel and ask about this charge since I was not informed of any other charges when we checked out. She said (the same person that checked us out) oh yes that is a $15 per night charge for parking. I said when we checked in the person who checked us in did not tell us of any parking fees at all. She said oh ok, well I will take it off this time and make sure that person knows from now on that we do charge a parking fee. So she processed the return which she said would be within 14 business days. This was on a Sunday. The $30 refund was returned by Wednesday, however I have not received the $50 refund for the holding. I have never had to pay for parking at a hotel unless it was in a city where the hotel did not have parking and we had to find a garage. When we did have to pay for parking they told us upfront. So this lady not telling me at check out about this parking charge per night, felt dishonest. She Only mentioned it when I came back into the hotel to question it. So from now on I will definitely make note when I check in that there are no parking fees or any other extra charges, and encourage anyone else to do the same.
The room was perfect and clean. The bathroom was separated from the front room and the bedroom. The bedroom had a door for privacy. There was a sink in the small kitchen area. Plenty of seating. And a table with four chairs.
