United States1 review“It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.”The building exterior was a little concerning along the walkway to the unit's front door, which is on the ground floor. Temporary lumber was propping up a long section of the second-floor walkway above our heads. Based on previous reviews this property has been under construction for some time now.
The view of the lake was amazing! The lake-view balcony was a nice place to relax outdoors and enjoy the scenery. The furniture was modern and comfortable. The rooms were very clean and well-organized. The kitchen was very well-furnished. Everything worked as it should. Between the tv apps and the cable tv service there was plenty to watch on the large screen TVs.

Unit has been recently updated. Pictures are accurate for interior. Beds appear to be new, new carpet in bedrooms and linens/towels are very nice. Includes toiletries, kitchen necessities, overall well appointed. The only negative was the exterior. It is a main floor unit that requires you to walk in below the parking lot. It is under construction with very concerning bracing for the walkway. There is also a musty/moldy odor in the unit. We opened the windows to air it out since it was cool at night.

I am actually trying to find something that I can put but there honestly wans't anything negative or a downside. Distances from stuff was a little bit of a bummer but we figured it out and still had an awesome time!
There were groundhogs everywhere, very quiet, and an amazing condo!! This was my second time returning & already making plans for the next time!!

United States1 review“Emerald Bay Bld 26; Unit 1B”Only one of the two pools on-site was open/available to use. Due to the construction being done outside the unit, the rain poured into the area right outside the front door basically flooding that area. We left on the day it rained but would not be surprised if rain water eventually made it's way into the unit under the front door.
The accommodations were clean & very comfortable!

Not everyone streams all of their television. No literature about the area. Ice maker didn’t work even though it was turned on. We brought our own coffee, but had to go buy Kuerig because there was no previous information. There was a converter in the BACK of the silverware drawer that we found later. The entryway was under construction and there was no lighting by the entrance which was not that easy to access.

They have some kind of blinds but they don’t keep out light! So you are woke up very early from Sun coming in.
