Some of the things in the unit did not work or were broken. I feel paying the money you pay to stay there everything should be in working condition. That was a little disappointing.

Location was great, especially with the boardwalk next to it. The staff, even housekeeping were friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience.

There were some minor things that can be fixed in the property. These items didn’t change the great time we had, but really needs to be addressed. The master bathroom tub shower head was broken and was laying down behind the spout (luckily we are shower takers), in the wall way the one of the decorations on the wall table was missing the C from the letters spelling BEACH; it had felled off, and the remotes to the tv were mixed from different bedrooms. I attached pictures to show my concerns. But, like I said earlier; It didn’t change the great time my family and I had at the property. The property was awesome and I know some of the things I listed seem nick picking. But, in my opinion… you have a very beautiful property and those things really stand out.

We did not like the furniture especially the couch. It was worn and outdated. When you sat on it it felt like you were sitting on the springs. It had no cushion anymore and I thought that was very unexceptional for a rental. We had to sit in the dining room chairs for comfort. The windows were dirty and needed cleaning. We couldn't really see outside. The breaker got tripped so we had no electricity for a night. No one would call us back until the next day to tell us where the breaker box was,

We liked the room and location. We were able to see the beach. The rooms were large and cozy, bathroom were exceptional.

Our booking was through Vacasa and NOT Emerald Grande which affected our stay. I would book directly through emerald grande next time to experience all that they have to offer instead

The condo is filthy had hair in the showers mold in the showers we killed almost 20 roaches it was absolutely disgusting and I would expect some sort of refund.

There wasn’t anything that I like about our condo this time it had hair In the showers mold in the showers we killed almost 20 roaches. I don’t think I will come back to the Emerald and this was my third trip.
