The room was dated and the brown carpet needs to come out. The unit smelled musty.

It didn't seem to have been cleaned very well. Before we had even gone to the beach or gotten in any sand, there was sand on the floors. In the master bedroom, there was a plastic razor cover by the door. The dryer wouldn't dry our clothes. Compared to any place we've ever stayed, it wasn't stocked much. I know different people have different things they do or don't provide. Every place we've stayed on any beach has had beach towels, paper plates, etc. The shampoo didn't suds up to wash hair. We had to go buy some and there was no blow dryer. It definitely wasn't the experience we expected in comparison to everywhere else we've been!

The location right on the beach and the windows and sliding glass doors made it such a nice view!

The unit is outdated, dark and shabby. Needs a face lift!Kitchen is not equipped with enough decent utensils and cooking equipment. Dishwasher does not open all the way, so it is next to impossible to load and unload. Unit is above doors to pool, so noise from opening and shutting goes on all day. Internet is spotty.

There were no enough cooking pots and pans, the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable, the carpet looks dirty, and the dishwasher is placed in pretty bad area.

The unit was very dated. In desperate need of new furniture and updated decor. Window treatments were mismatched in the master bedroom and falling down in the living area. There were three curtains and should have been at least 6.

Tv didn’t work. grills were too dirty to cook on. My bedroom was right above sliding doors and it was ridiculously loud it shook the whole condo. You can only open the dishwasher halfway because of where it’s at in the kitchen it hits the oven

Room was still dirty floors would turn your feet black, a lot of the outlets didn’t work, appliances were rusted very out dated for the expense of the room.

Too many chairs at beach, can't even see the beach until you pass the chairs. We rented chairs and an umbrella one day. The next day they made us move our stuff, guess it was too close to the chairs. I have been coming to Florida since I was 16, I am 64, I have never been told I can't put my towels and beach stuff some where. This was our first visit to Destin. Althought the beach and water are beautiful. We will look elsewhere in the future.

room 503 needs to be updated all the appliances rusty. The lighting is bad. No smart TVs was disappointed with my room

Dirty floors, dirty and moldy shower curtain, glass top table had a rusting base, vinyl Curtain on balcony door was very dirty, couldn’t load the dishwasher as the door couldn’t be opened to load entire appliance as the stove was blocking! The condo in itself was very dated

bed was very uncomfortable. dryer didn’t work. had black mold on the ceiling over the dining room table. Had only one pan to cook with and it was scratched up.

I understand renovation are being done but being on ground floor next to pool, the workers chiseled up a LOT of cement chunks and grit and it was all over our patio. couldn’t walk on it until I found a broom and swept it off. It was really bad. Also workers kept walking into our private patio and out.

enjoyed the location of room except for the vending machines being right outside door. Very loud. Well equipped except an extra blanket would have been nice. We had to go buy one. Great pool and location. Short walk to beach.

Pull out sofa bed had mold on the mattress so we had to sleep 3 to a bed. Multiple holes big and small throughout rooms, sliding glass doors to balcony didn't lock. (that wouldnt be as big of a concern if we didn't have small children) The receptionist said they were already aware of the holes in the room and that they would send someone to fix the sliding door and never showed up. Multiple towels/washcloths with stains. We had to get the gate code to the beach from other people staying in the building since it wasn't provided to us.

the ac would cut off. soo we froze. beds were uncomfortable. as was the couch. their was holes in the wall. and the appliances were either damaged. you can't get to the dishwasher because the stove blocked it

This particular unit is severely outdated. It was rusted and dirty. The plugs in the bathroom didn’t work so I had to curl my hair in the kitchen. Coffee pot didn’t work, but they did bring us one at the end of our stay. Needs some major TLC. The kitchen “amenities” were a joke. The drawers need some lining and new utensils. Privacy curtain is missing in the living room.

Window to outside by elevators no locks, cleanliness, needs updates, smell of bleach in master bedroom with holes in ceiling. Dead bugs in master bath. Sliding glass doors wouldn’t lock.

The condo was very outdated. The refrigerator and stove had rust on it. Closet tracks rusted out makes it difficult to open and close. The mattress protector in the bedroom with the twin beds had stains. The shower controller in master bedroom leaking water and the toilet shaking. The shower tile either had dirt or mildew. The patio furniture rusty and worn out. This condo was not worth the price of $2108, I paid for 3 days.

Vacasa had great communication.
