One thing is inaccurate on the booking.com website. The unit does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a small laundry room. Most of the machines take quarters or credit cards. The thing we missed the most was a clothes-drying rack, and I already mentioned that to Bob. There was no place to hang wet swimsuits and such. This was my first time staying in Kihei. I know people who really love this area, but it isn't my favorite. That's just personal preference.

I would recommend this unit if you plan to stay in Kihei. The host, Bob Martin, is very friendly and eager to be sure you enjoy your stay. The entry is easy with a code you will get before arrival. I believe the unit is a good value for this part of Maui. The photos are accurate, and you will have an ocean view. The A/C works well to cool the unit down in the late afternoon sun, and there are also ceiling fans. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, flatware, pots & pans, etc. with only a couple exceptions which I mentioned to Bob. There are places nearby for casual food like pizza or fish & chips, but no real ocean-front eateries except at some of the resort-hotels. The little store at the condo building next door is very handy for some of the basics (like paper towels), good sandwiches, cold drinks, ice cream.

This condo and property is fantastic! My husband and I stayed here for an anniversary trip. It’s right on the water so the views from everywhere are amazing and It was a quick 2 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach. Our last night here we sat on the lawn and watched whales passing by at sunset (truly magical). The condo has everything you need (and more) to be comfortable and was very clean. It was so lovely sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and looking at the ocean. Kihei and Wailea are both about a 5 minute drive so you get the best of both worlds which I thought was neat. (Kihei has amazzzing food!) We have no complaints, we truly had a great experience.

The elevator, very slow and depending on the time of the day, best yo use the stairs to be faster!

Close proximity to everything, especially the ocean. Clean rooms and kitchen/bathroom. Plenty of linens. Located a short drive from the airport.

A laundry basket would be a great thing to add to unit's supply items. I didn't realize laundry facilities were not in the unit but were instead shared for the whole facility.

Wonderful central location on Maui with a spectacular view. Day trips to Road to Hana, Haleakala, and Lahaina were easy to accomplish. Whale watching from the unit's balcony was a treat with the supplied binoculars. Grocery stores and great restaurants close by.

Too soft bed for our spines. We'd appreciate a firmer mattress. Cleanliness (the floor) cloud be better. We'd happily do it ourselves in the course of the week, but there were no tools available. We also missed a boiling kettle (to fix tea - had to use pots of microwave)

Excellent location, fantastic view (over manicured lawn and seaside) Parking only for the inhabitants next to the entrance. Well equipped kitchen. Enough furniture and stowage room. Inside dining table, balcony seating, plus a work desk. Well functioning laundry in house (payment by cards OK). Superfast wifi (250 up to 500 Mb/s). Modern smart TV.

Rooster alarm in the morning, but hey that's Maui for you.

The location was perfect. The view was magnificent. We could walk miles along the beach and saw many sea turtles. There were two monk seals basking one day which is very rare. The breeze was perfect and we never needed to turn on the air conditioning. The bed was comfortable too. Non smoking building and quiet hours are a plus.

Fantastic views, close to beautiful beaches. Nice walk nearby. Spotted a few turtles too.The sunset from the property was amazing! Very friendly host and onsite staff. Property was very clean and well equipped. We were a family of 4 with young kids but this place is also perfect for a group of friends and couples. Highly recommend this place.

There was a negative unexpected surprise during our stay. Nothing major and host was incredibly responsive. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and there was little that could have been done.

The location was truly spectacular and the hosts were very responsive and attentive. Beautiful views of multiple islands as promised in the description. Condo was fully supplied with everything we needed for a great stay. Hosts also had a great list of activities and restaurant recommendations available.

The unit was everything we hoped for and we can’t wait to go back. The property is just stunning—beautiful lawn, great pool and beach access, amazing views, and wonderful snorkeling…and all within a short drive to fun spots in Kihei and Wailea. I honestly wouldn’t have changed a thing.
