Check in room it smelled like weed, dishwasher was not in spot, dead bugs on counter and after running water over 10 minutes was still cold while taking shower.

The people on the desk listened to our concerns and did their best to make our stay better.

The beds aren't the best when 2 people are sleeping in them. I wish hotels would get the memo and switch all beds to memory foam mattresses. The bathroom wasn't as clean as I liked.

The size of the room was great, and a full-size refrigerator was in the room.

For the price I didn’t expect everything to be so run down. Parking wasn’t the greatest either.

The rooms were better than I was expecting. They were working on the enterway roof when we checked in and the elevator and other things were outdated but still a nice hotel. I didn’t expect the full sized mini kitchen in the room.

Loud music outside our window from the patio. Lack of cleanliness of the bathroom. I ended up washing who knows what off the wall.

our room 104 had issues with the TV- it kept jamming - Is something wrong with that specific TV? Been there before and never had this problem because we were only staying one night we didn't ask for help - but want them to know - also the hot water took a long time to kick in- never had the problem in the past stays- maybe there are just issues with this room? OVER all an amazing stay

The people are what makes this hotel the BEST in the area- They are always very welcoming- and hard-working- communication was fantastic and they always greet you with a beautiful smile! GREAT location - Dog-friendly - big area to walk our dogs too- this is one of the main reasons we keep coming back-

Our room is not very clean. Kitchen Sink is smelly, and dirty. Microwave is dirty, floors have coffee stains, and the shower curtain is dirty.

Advertised as a non-smoking room, yet there was a smoky, and unpleasant odor in the room. The cup holder had black circular spots, appearing to be from cigarettes.

Ice machines! The facility had none! Our daughter fell and required an ice pack. I asked the front desk staff (who was very kind) where the ice machines were, and was told that they were in the individual freezers in our room. Our freezer had no mechanism for creating ice, and I had to quickly go to a nearby gas station simply for ice. I also would have like more breakfast options in the marketplace in lieu of no continental breakfast.

The only thing missing was a bathmat/rug in bathroom to step out on from shower. Other than that, I can't think of anything. Would stay there again.

The room was clean and I liked the fact of having the kitchen area. The fridge with ice maker was great. Quiet, and felt quite safe there alone.

Although the hotel is showing some signs of age- the PEOPLE are what makes this hotel- they are hardworking- professional personable- anxious to make your stay a good one- AMAZING team! GREAT location
