I do believe the venue needs a tankless hot water heater to accommodate the amount of guests it sleeps. After two showers, there is no hot water.

I can actually see myself bringing my family back to this location. It was so nice and beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves, but most of all my mom loved it.

It was a beautiful property with lots of room! It is 15 or so minutes from both pigeon Forge in Gatlinburg. It was very quiet there far enough out you don’t hear the hustle and bustle of being in town!

The house is very nicely decorated and fresh. Game room, theater room and hot tub as well as a fire pit make it hard to wanna go anywhere. Very peaceful and quiet setting away from all the noise and bustling traffic.

If you are looking for a view of the mountains this is not the place. House is in a valley with no views except for your neighbors. Even taking a walk is not ideal. There was only 1-2 pieces of wood available for a fire. Suggestion - it would be nice to have some books on local attractions to visit.

House was available right on time even a little early. House was very clean. Family enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Commute to Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area was quick and easy. If your looking for a home away from home this is the place.

If you cook, the knives in the kitchen are subpar. Also, the kitchen could use a new skillet. Although it was centrally located, our primary activity was hiking in GSM park, so it was a bit of a drive daily, 30 minutes plus, depending on traffic and location. It could use better lighting to grill when it is dark. It would have been helpful to have instructions to get the hot tub out of sleep mode. We had an issue with the door, but they were very responsive in addressing it.

Private lot, very responsive hosts, great relaxation options (hottub, game room, movie room, fire-pit & fireplace), well-stocked towels, extra blankets etc., comfortable, flat parking, and central location.

This is difficult to answer because we were quite pleased. I guess if we must find something, it would be the drive to it. But, GPS took us right there. One of our party came at 2:30 am and had no trouble.

The cleanliness, organization, atmosphere and tranquility exceeded what we hoped for. We could have spent every day at the facility and never have gotten board! In side was so very spacious as well!

The bed wasn’t as comfortable for me as I would have hoped however I have back issues and not many work to my favor so I wouldn’t necessarily say that it was bad just wasn’t the best for myself.

We loved everything about this property from the location to the amenities and everything in between! Our family fit comfortably in the home with room to spare. Everything was cleaned to perfection and the decor made us feel at home! During our stay we enjoyed downtown at the house with family pool tournaments, poker, PacMan races on the arcades, soaked in the hot tub and S’more’s at the fire pit!

The gas was left on from previous visitors and didn’t know until last day that gas was kicking on and off on the fireplace. So we shut off gas valve
