Proximity to sights.

Not cleaned thoroughly. Loose toilet seat. Shower liner old and paper thin. Smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Kitchen cabinets dirty. Food left behind. Floors dirty. Advertised as two twin beds in 2nd bedroom, but had uncomfortable day bed.

The location is great. We were in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Also, there was plenty of parking.

The condo was not clean. The 2nd bedroom had a roach in it. The floors felt as if they had not been swept and the bathroom toilets had build up inside and around the toilet seat latches.

The location of the condo was outstanding. We were in Winston-Salem for three nights to attend a wedding and accompanying festivities. We enjoyed walking to nearby cafes and restaurants, shopping in the boutiques, and visiting some of the art galleries. The next time we visit we will be sure to take in one of the shows in one of the many theaters nearby. The kitchen in the condo is fully equipped with modern appliances. Having the ability to make a cup of coffee with the single serving Keurig (with a included coffee pods!) or to make a pot with the drip coffee maker is a plus. We loved having a lot of space. The large 'living room' with its large flat screen TV was great. Having the city park right next door is a plus.

The bed in the small second bedroom had a VERY firm mattress. My wife and I (married 35 years this fall) discovered long ago that we both sleep better in separate bedrooms (my snoring is an issue) so we always took for a two bedroom accommodation when we travel. Fortunately, the large sectional couch in the living room is very comfortable. The window treatments provide privacy when closed, but do not shut out the bright exterior lighting on the building. It is quite bright in both the primary bedroom and 'living room' at night.

It’s super dirty. The bedding was clean, the rest of the house really needs a deep cleaning. And every single one of the rooms has an intense air freshener- they were so strong I had to unplug all of them but one. Once I did, I realized they were only there to mask the strong smell of marijuana from the entire building. Also, this is not a ground floor unit — it’s a basement. You look out onto the sidewalk at broken glass. Keep the blinds and windows closed.

Host went above and beyond to accommodate my families every need. Condo was clean and just as advertised.

We were very confused as the address given was for parking not for the apartment. Luckily the host was very quick to respond.

Its central location, coziness, and convenience in parking and walking to downtown. My fiancé and I came down for Valentine’s Day weekend and it was a super affordable and convenient spot while we toured the Reynolda House and enjoyed downtown!! The host was great and communicated very quickly!

Was a bit dark being the lower level but apartment was furnished well and plenty of lighting!

Very nicely decorated with thoughtful little retro touches. We loved the record player and 70s funk music. Owners were very responsive and accommodated our request for extra towels and bedding.

Being a basement apartment there is not much natural light, but that is clear in the description. It is an older building and some of the facilities show their age, but the owners have done a nice job of updating.

Great location for my activities. Parking was convenient. Wi-Fi worked very well. Lots of labeling on switches/fans and information binder was very helpful.

A small table with 2 chairs would have made eating more comfortable. Ground floor - occasionally a bit noisy.

Comfortable, safe and convenient are just so of the many great quality's of this beautiful rental. The surrounding areas are amazing to walk around and explore. As well as the abundance of delectable food options.

This is without a doubt a place I would love to stay at again and will recommend for sure!!

I really liked the host, they were very friendly, organized, everything was very simple, one day I needed an iron to use on my clothes but the accommodation did not have it so I asked if it would be possible for them to lend me an iron and the host bought a new one Just for my stay in my accommodation, I really enjoyed the facilities and the location is very good.

For almost 30 years I’ve stayed at the nearby Embassy Suites and decided we’d try this condo instead this year while attending our annual professional development conference. The location and parking are superb. Convenient to BCC and Steven’s Center. The apartment is decorated simply and tastefully and was comfortable. The kitchen met all our needs and having a washer and dryer allowed us to keep up with laundry and only bring clean clothes home. The safety features of the building are an added bonus.

Master bedroom and living room were very large; master bed was extremely comfy; dedicated parking was wonderful to have; location could not have been better!!! Walking distance to everything downtown! Host was incredibly helpful and responsive; nice sized kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms.
