You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaWould have liked to have more options for the TV - no ability to connect with our Netflix/Prime accounts either directly or via casting. No movies available for purchase. The remote didn’t even have a pause feature so we could get our room service without missing content. Since we spent most of our time out of the room, this was not a big dissatisfier, but would like more video options.
The location is very convenient to the Soho district which is loaded with great restaurants! The staff, from the valet to the front desk, were professional, pleasant and attentive to any need/request we had.

I was upset as a hotel guest to be told that I could not be accommodated. Extremely disappointed. Customer service lacking by the hostess/manager
Very clean hotel, staff was very friendly and accommodating, had an issue with brunch dining and Ashton attended to it immediately I asked for non feathers bedding at the time of booking and so happy that my needs were met upon arrival.

I liked that it had salon service, attached and nearby restaurants and the liquor store inside. I also appreciated the customer service from the desk staff snd salon staff. I had one incident with one male bartender who did not give me my bill but just asked for my card so handing customers the bill should be reinforced. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay and will be back!
