Bathroom was small. We never saw a person for check-in. The key system was ok, but I like people to register guests.

I loved the setting. I hoped to see the elk again, but did see him once! The room had a woodsy vibe, which I loved. The price was right.

Nothing to really dislike. Its still charming as it was.

Not sure its fully setup the way they hoped. Being automated and all. But it was ok. I guess being my own checkout clerk at walmart means Im also a concierge at a lodge too. Im sure it will get better. Im just not onboard with all the self serve stuff.

What was not so nice, the walls seem to be really thin. The people in the next room were very loud, turned up their TV really loud and were talking until after midnight. I did not want to stay up late but had no choice because I couldn’t sleep because of that.

I liked the location, away from town. The room was very cute and cozy and it was nice to have fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was super comfortable! I also liked that it was very clean.

Very spacious room slept 5 comfortably. Very close to everything you want to do in Estes. Overall great family vacation.

The room was perfect and location by the creek was amazing! Hearing the creek run was the most relaxing!

Linens are a bit dated. I’d definitely change the quilts on the beds as they seem very old. We removed them and used the extra fleece blankets provided. Room was also a bit dark. Maybe brighter lights around the mirror behind the sink.

Friend and I stayed in a family room and it was perfect for us. Lots of space and we were comfortable. Fridge was great to have! Lots of extra blankets came in handy as did the toiletries provided in the shower. Great location on the river, only a less than 5 min drive from town. We saw elk down the road, the river running along the property is pretty and the restaurant seems to be popular (we didn’t try it bc we were so busy).

Getting a little old, but really not a problem.

Good location for getting to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There is also a full service restaurant on site.

It was very small, we felt cramped and the bed wasn't that comfortable. Need better curtains over the main window and sliding door. It felt like we had no privacy. The a/c unit did not cool us the first night, so we had to keep it on the coldest setting ALL the time to stay cool at night. With the rooms so small I know not other furniture could fit but better seating other than the bed would have been nice.

The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Perfect location and very peaceful. Beautiful views

Not enough counter space in bathroom, parking lot lights shine through the sliding door blinds (no blackout curtains) so the room has sone light all night.

Cute cabin, decent location a little out of town on a nice little stream.

Vertical blinds in the room were half broken and didn't function well. Need to be replaced. Bed linens are also old and a little funky.

The view from our room was fabulous! Also loved the quiet, the sound of the creek all night. Location is great.
