Well our first night the ceiling leaked all over my daughters face and pillow, it was a brown color, hope not sewage. You could see the bubbles in the paint and the brown color dripping down wall. We did get another room, but, eeww...

The hotel needs new paint, some basic maintenance would be good. There are lots of dents, scratches and areas of the walls in the hallway that need repaired. The shower in my hotel room was leaking and has caused mold around it near the floor into the wall. You can tell the wall was soft and had been wet for sometime. Basic upkeep/repairs being made would be better. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

The bed is comfortable and the room is huge! Tons of space to workout in your hotel room. Loved the bunkbeds! Bathroom was nice sized and the water pressure in the shower was amazing! large desk to work at, fridge in the room also!

The staff was wonderful. But I didn't like my room. It was big, but it was a place to work out. The bed was great. The food was good but I hate the fact you had to order and long wait due to 1 person work. Would rather grab my food and go. Had to pay for my breakfast, too. The lady making the breakfast was so nice.

We had to ask for more pillows and blankets. Had no problem getting more. The bathroom barn door was a little unusual. Ours didn’t close all the way.

We loved the big spacious room. Easy to get to. Fun view of downtown Omaha. And our kids liked the pool.

It was quite warm in the room, we turned the air down, and it came on, but I don't think it actually cooled. The breakfast offered with the tickets (booked room with breakfast) only had 5 small options, and we weren't impressed.

It was a nice hotel with a convenient location. The staff were very friendly and it was clean.

The only thing that was a little off-putting was that everything at the hotel costs money. Water, parking, coffee; things people might not expect. I would suggest making sure you are prepared to have to purchase things on top of the stay.

It is the perfect location for what we needed. The staff was great as well.

When talking to the receptionist, she couldn’t change anything on our reservation. Their answer was you have to reach out to where you booked and the people that we booked with was booking.com. Worst experience ever they do not change anything our flight was canceled and we got to the hotel a day later and we are just out of the money because no one could help not the receptionist at the hotelnot booking.com. Everyone just gave me the run round.

I didn’t like that I booked a room with 2 queen beds and got booted to a room with only a king size bed and I was traveling with 4. My 2 daughters had to sleep on the floor :(

I was disappointed that half the gym equipment wasn't operational and over half of the workout channels didn't work.

It smelled like animals, it was a fitness inspired room which I was not aware of, and half the room was exercise area and it even had a stationary bike in the corner. The tv was crooked, and as soon as we walked into our room we could hear the room above us having a pretty good time.

The room was huge, and the bed seemed very comfortable at first.

Spotlessly clean and comfortable hotel situated a 15-20 minute walk from bars and restaurants. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Paid third party parking is available at the hotel.

The Internet. unbelievable the internet kept dropping out. Once again the bedside light was broken why i suspect because looking at the fitting, they would have difficult time fixing it. when i checked out i mentioned the internet reply was The Tech, they use says it's the area grid. If that's the case the city of Omaha lives in the dark ages.

The hotel worked except for 2 things everything else was very good the room as expected modern large bed the room well cleaned plumbing worked very modern room. Groundfloor design perfectly for 24 hours service. swimming pool, gym, all equipped. Evening light burghers cooked for night cap not wallowing in Cheese and oil/grease. Good cooks and floor staff.
