    Location was good but we choose the hotel

    The check in was awful, an electronic system that is not up to standard. You check in then have to wait up 30 minutes for your room to be allocated. The few staff are unhelpful and take offence, when we asked how long we would have to wait for a key, they simply reset the system and told us we had to check in again.

    STAFF- we arrived at 6pm and a lady staff at self check in kiosk spoke very rudely that you stand in queue when I just enquired about the procedure of check in.. she was extremely rude… we were not at any charity place. We paid and came.

    Really good room for the value. Food voucher was great. Some friendly staff.

    Fridge in the room cost extra. TV didn’t have many channel options. We paid for parking, but we had to call the attendant every time because our ticket didn’t work even after being replaced.

    I liked the location and what it all included. I loved how big it was and that it is connected to other locations. The different experiences was amazing as well.

    I did not like that it did not have a refrigerator or a microwave. I also did not like that there is not a water fountain or a water connector to the ice machine. It was hard to get water throughout the entire trip.

    The location is central and beautiful. The property is scenic and beautiful. There are plenty of food choices and activities in the hotel and lots to see.

    The room was extremely plain and very underwhelming. Most of the staff was professional and helpful, but one staff member CAROL was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon entering the room, I called guest services to upgrade the room and she was combative. She told me there was nothing wrong with the room and refused to upgrade it. I did not appreciate her tone or attitude. I expect to be treated very well as a guest of any establishment where I am spending my hard earned money. That was quite a disappointment on my first day in the hotel.

    every day room is very clean. check out was easy. internet access was very easy. quiat room. casino casher was very quick. snap sandwich shops by elevators. wide entrance easy to get in and out.

    breakfast restaurants in the hotel were very poor. eggs were not real eggs. and buffet was not open. check in took a long time. need the room card to go down the elevator. some people were smoking in the casino.
