    The hotel was having renovations, there wasn’t a cut off with the noise. Although the front desk was contacted and they couldn’t do anything. It wasn’t a great experience for sleep and enjoying the room.

    The rep at the desk was nice. Our room was available and we were able to check in early. With all the problems we had with our keys they replaced them each time.

    Free parking was advertised both on Priceline and in my email from MTS. Despite this, I had to pay an extra $72 to park. Also, there was no hot water in the shower; there was no restaurant at the hotel, and there was no free breakfast. Hilton hotels are much more pleasant experiences.

    Access to all locations. Room was great, No regular coffee though in room. All decaf. Maintenance Service was great prompt, Check in Staff can be a bit more Courteous like a smile every Now and then Adriana was a plus with my Check in b4 ,I arrived. Check in earlier was a plus. Thank you. Vouchers were not given upon Check in . I was being charged $21 for 2 coffees water and a Danish. Breakfast attendant older gentleman was a little rude with customers upon waiting my turn to select. As a proprietor of a Business ,A Smile and Courtesy goes A Long way. It's a reflection of how Management relays to their Employees. Courtesy , more staff members upon Check in. Only 1 was available while we checked out. An older Women African American was very rude to Customers. Upon waiting for checkout. She wouldn't give guest a nice reply when they were asking a simple question. Her response to them was, talk to the other staff member " I'm not available to help".... Not good for others to hear that. Address this to Staff. Beautiful Hotel ,great location, Staff employees can be bit more Courteous. Thank you Mr. Gonzales. Room 1830. .

    There was no working air conditioner in the room. Fortunately the staff was able to get us a fan, and crack open the windows for us. 4 people staying 2 nights in a hotel room can get very stuffy.

    We liked that we were right in the middle of Time Square, close to the destinations we had come to visit.

    There were a few things wrong with our room- Remote control blinds- our blinds wouldn’t raise and we couldn’t manually raise them. Bathroom door couldn’t shut. Asked to have someone check it out- we were told they would. Asked again- no one ever showed up. No Apple IPad as advertised either.

    The long line for a light breakfast at the stone street cafe ,no microwave and mini fridge in the room.

    All of the hotel lobby employees were so helpful and nice...Location ! The food trucks outside had delicious food.

    The Executive floor should be just that, and it wasn't...Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Also the lights didn't work.

    EVERYONE from Housekeeping to day and night managers were COURTEOUS and PROFESSIONAL.

    Floor in the Bathroom didn’t seemed to of been washed-long black hair & a film over it!! Also, there wasn’t any shower/safety handles in the shower!! Grab and go breakfast was disappointing. Not much choice-Apples looked bruised and old. Sugary pastries!!

    Broken blinds on the window... Unable to close them.. Main room needs more light. reading lamps that were Built into the bed needed light bulbs. Scounces on the wall next to the bed. Had the world's dimmest light bulbs. The sad part is that search comments are common in online reviews of this establishment. Apparently no one pays attention. I assume the housekeeping staff Doesn't report these conditions, or if they do, they are ignored. They have a new guest experience. Director, I suppose could visit every room in the hotel to see what's messed up. But I didn't find anything particularly executive about is experience, other than the. Designated elevator for the 18th floor, which was appreciated.

    Overall, my stay was pleasant, but I'm hesitant to recommend this hotel due to numerous small issues

    My room had some issues, which I relayed to the staff when I checked out. The automated shades on the windows didn't work, so my window was open all night. The sliding door on the bathroom wedged against the floor when closed, almost trapping me in the bathroom. There were smudges from what I can only believe was food/drink from a previous visitor the glass table tops of both side tables. The lights in the short hallway as you enter the room did not work, and one of the bulbs in the bedside lights was burned out. While none of these issues totally soured my visit, I was surprised there were so many issues in one room. Most could have been identified and resolved during the cleaning process.

    The staff was great. My check-in experience as fantastic, even though there was also a large group checking in at the same time. The staff was also responsive when I communicated some issues with my room.

    The breakfast option was terrible. We had a choice of tea/coffee, a pastry and a piece of fruit and the breakfast 'area' was the hotel lobby.

    The door handel of the bathroom was missing, could not be closed. For four days, the staff did not manage to fix it despite reassurance otherwise. In

    The "Executive" rooms we stayed in were just okay. The mattresses need to be replaced. The refrigerator was missing from one of the two rooms. The shower needs to be cleaned with more attention because mold was observed in may locations.

    Shamu, the breakfast bar attended, was so nice. The hotel location makes it very easy to get to Time Square and Broadway to see the shows.

    The room looked like it needed a remodel. Carpeting was old and ragged. Shower curtain was stained. Tile looked like they needed updating. Towels were thin and old.

    Parking was free & location was amazing. Walked to Central Park, time square & Greenwich Village

    The rooms have outdated furniture and require refurbishment or replacement. The bathroom door lock is not there. The room size is small and storing luggage is a challenge.

    The location is perfect for all the attractions in NYC.

    Absolutely DO NOT CONSIDER THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!! Check in was a disaster!!! We had a confirmation letter from 3 months prior & they could not find our reservation. Arrived 4 hrs before check-in time & stood there for an hour with them trying to find reservation to no avail.. After 1 hour waiting checked our bags & agent said she would elevate it to Mgr & to come back at 4pm check-in time & agent still hadn't elevated situation to the Mgr & they still hadn't rectified link to our res so waited another 45 mns. We booked a 2 Queen room & they didn't have any so they appropriated 2 king rooms & promised to charge us for only 1 room. Upon check out,, sure enough they charged us for 2 rooms & it took them 45 mins to rectify/correct the bill. Complete waste of 3+ hours time total during our stay due to their systems inefficiency. In addition, Television once turned on said no connection/signal. we reported it to front desk after checking in and they said they would send someone up- never saw anyone during entire stay

    Yes Great location, but will absolutely never consider this hotel again or Booking.com for that matter. Jack the Doorman was a delight & our bellman was exceptional

    Due to the renovations I did not get any rest or sleep. I checked in around 4pm and heard banging and scrapping from the hired workers at the hotel. I was told that they will finish at 5pm but instead they didn’t finish until 730pm. I was then awoken both morning of staying to banging at 7am. I was told that they were suppose to start at 8am. The front desk manager advised she would compensate my room but because I booked through a third party site, I did not receive the refund.

    The property was being renovated so the room was nice and clean.
