We were told we couldn't get our deposit back because the towels were dirty. WHITE TOWELS! We spent the day at the beach, of course white towels are going to be dirty from all the sand and grit.

ac was stuck at 68. they pounded on the door at 10 to make sure were leaving at 11pm. we were still asleep..the volume on remote is see at 25 you can barely hear it. i guess so know will blast it off.. everything was dirty. my sheets smelled and doors were fifty. never again.

Very quiet place, close to freeway entrance and a spike store cross street and gas station, at 15 minute walk you can find Blanquita’s restaurant which has the best breakfast and Vicky’s seafood etc They had a huge parking we were towing two cars

Nothing!! Did not stay, wasn't like this last time we stayed! Went down. They gave me a room with devil worshiping stuff carved on the wall and then sent us to another room that never even got cleaned!!!! So we went down again, mind you I use a walker so climbing stairs is a struggle... 3rd room the bed was as hard as the floor. After a very extensive surgery there was no way possible to sleep on that bed. So nothing to like here. They don't care about who stays there. So money hungry that they didn't refund money.......we got another room. Booking.com was willing to refund since they couldn't give us what the website states. Trashy room. Did not meet our expectations

Beds were hard,pillows were flat,curtains bedding were out dated. Towels were like sand paper. There was old hotel furniture outside. Had to check in through a window then they charge me an additional $40 for checking in before 2pm. When I did a check at 10 on line???? The stairs were flimsy it is definitely not up to code. I feel like a deserve a refund. Runned by Pagastianian people. So they are very polite but it was crappy hotel. Next time I'm getting a air bb.

There was only digital channels, the channels would go in and out while watching a show. The toilet kept running in the tank after flushing. The water pressure was low at the sink, but fair with the shower head pressure. You had to put the hot water all the way on to get it warm enough to shower and put the cold water almost down low, until you could shower. The bed mattress, King size was good, a little harder than what w are used to at home.

Thank blanket and sheets felt nasty like they hadnt been washed. Had a friend pick us up and drop us the owner came out asking us to pay for our friend as if he was staying there when he wasnt.

The room stunk when we got here as if they sprayed some kind of rat or roach poison. I had to spray lysol to help the smell. There was as huge table leaned up against the wall that did not go to anything in here. The bed was very, very firm too firm. (Cheap mattress) no breakfast included. Shower curtain was dirty. Overall, not worth the $106 we paid for one night. And I do not recommend this place. Plan ahead and find something else. Best western charges the same and is 100 times better than this.
