I wish that the ice machine worked. Every time I've stayed here, the ice machine was broke down. But other than that, I had no other issues.

Dirty walls in bathroom and walls are in bad shape. shower curtain rod didn’t have a purpose for the curtain because it would slide down and not cover when taking a shower

I had an extremely unacceptable stay. The door would not shut properly, leaving a 1.5-inch gap even when closed. The lock, deadbolt, and safety latch were all missing, which made the room completely insecure. The light over the sink did not work, and there were roaches and other bugs crawling on the floor in both the bathroom and the main room. The sheets were stained with noticeable brown and yellow marks, making them unusable. Additionally, the toilet would not flush, leaving the bathroom in unsanitary condition. This room was unsafe, unsanitary, and uninhabitable. I am requesting a full refund and would strongly caution others against staying here. I Checked into the property and immediately upon site and assessment of the room went to front desk and requested a refund. I could not safely stay here! I spent no longer than 30 minutes total on the property, not even unloading my belongings. I requested a refund from the property while on site, they referred me back to Booking.com stating I would have to go through them for this.

Unkept all around, lobby closed before 6:30 pm, bed was dirty and stained, towels were discolored and thin, no secondary lock (looked like it was kicked off), I was told no rooms on 1st floor when the motel was over half empty, noisy what seemed like long term residents, dirty floors and carpet, no light at all in vanity area , heater did not work, someone’s dirty clothes under the couch.

Stained sheets and towels and bed cover stained. Pillows smelled, microwave rusted and nasty. Blood on wall in bathroom and pee on wall in bathroom. Cat's trying to run in your room when you open your door to leave, 4 cats. No extra lock on door, it was broke. And bad draft threw front door, looks like someone had kicked it in before.
