Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rooms are pretty small but that wasn’t a problem we were only there at night to sleep the beds were a little firm for our liking but we were able to rest.
Clean, conveniently located just across the street from Walmart and a laundry service. Great location for day trip to Sedona and Grand Canyon. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

We went in to our room with hairs in the shower and they lack sausage every morning for breakfast.
We were not expecting it to be great, it exceeded our expectation! Staff was great, location is near to where we intended to go, the room was clean and has everything we needed and we loved the bathroom; small but just right. No unecessary tub!

Clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Nice big dining area and living room. Good variety of breakfast food. Large parking area with a back entrance for rooms closer to the back of the hotel.

Breakfast bacon was inedible, but alternate day sausage was fine.
All in all a great place to crash for a ski vacation. Hot tub, breakfast and comfortable room with microwave and refer.

The parking lot is rather annoying to park at. The rooms are decently small for the price and the bathroom is a sliding door. Felt like I was showering and using the toilet in a closet. The beds were also really firm and the pillows felt like I wasn’t even sleeping on anything.

The double room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was a fine start to get us out the door- there were options for getting some protein (like yogurt, eggs, and sausage). Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff members were helpful. Overall, no complaints! It was a good price for the area - simple and clean - just what we needed for a sight-seeing base.

Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast was minimal but fruit was excellent. Room was comfortable. We were visiting the Grand Canyon and this was an easy on and off from the highway and close to the park with a very reasonable rate.

Plumbing was a bit loud. Water pressure in the shower was weak. Breakfast was average but nice to have on site.

The breakfast was ok but having only 1 waffle maker made for a line of 5 people so there was a lot of waiting.

The vanity sink drain was a bit slow. Refresh the room request must be submitted before 10 am. Refresh takes less than 5 min, not sure why this was hard to fulfilled.
Comfortable, quiet and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Hash browns to go with the eggs, maybe some biscuits& gravy...
We actually expected it to be better...the bacon did not look well done, & surprised there wasent any fruits or even yougart..But we did enjoyed coffee & juice..All in All, it wasn't that bad...

Location of Hotel is in a excellent location grocery store and Walmart and so many places to eat at are right across the street.I recommend the Vietnamese Pho place across the street. The pho soup really hit the spot for me and my family on a cold winter night took it to go. Upon checking in at the hotel I was greeted by a friendly desk clerk.Hotel felt very safe once inside as the as the clerk desk is right at the entrance and he seemed to at service and on guard. The rooms are basis rooms, clean and cozy. The heated pool was nice and breakfast was nice, eggs,sausages and ham and lots of other things to choose from. Would definitely stay again.
