It wasn’t the easiest place we have stayed in to self- cater. The cabin was barely equipped for the two of us and would have been very difficult for four. That said, we asked for more cutlery and it was brought across to us almost immediately. There were some fold up tables, but no chairs inside the cabin, so we ended up eating off our laps on the sofa. We felt the cabins were very expensive, but then again you pay for the location. Our cabin was beautifully situated in a quiet location, and in general, we loved it. I’m not sure how I would have felt if we had been given one of the cabins that overlooked the road.

We loved the location of this property, being so close to the park entrance and only a short walk to the centre of West Yellowstone with its range of shops and eating places. The fire pit outside was a bonus, as well as the outside seating area. The cabin itself was delightful in many respects: comfortable living room with a very nice fire ( unexpectedly welcome at the end of august ). Most of the staff we encountered were very welcoming and helpful.

A bit crowded and lacking a dining table although it has a little kitchen

The location is very good, nice little town, we were 5 people, and it was a bit crowded, it has a little kitchen but we were lacking a dining table for breakfast , it only has a low living room table. Specifically as it was raining and we could not eat at the balcony.

Lovely cabins with great facilities. Ideal for exploring Yellowstone. Nice setting within the town of West Yellowstone. Firepits awesome

The carpet is not cleaned as it should. It is full of dust as well as the headboard of the bed. I'm just slightly allergic to dust, and I couldn't breathe after a few hours of sleep. It needs a much deeper cleansing and replacing the headboard of the bed with something not in fabric.

The size of the cabin, the porch, the services (free laundry, free biscuits and fruit, etc). The location is so close to the west entrance that you'll avoid the queue. The staff. The bed is quite comfortable and has great pillows. The quiet.

Our cabin was dark as the only large window was at the short end of the cabin and could have been cleaner, we found an empty water bottle under one of the side tables. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped with only three bowls.

There were some lovely touches, like binoculars and the s'mores kits. Everyone parked their cars around the back of the cabins which meant the street in front was car free, which was nice. The communal fires and hammocks were also appreciated, the fires were lit in the evening automatically. We stayed in a single room with kitchenette, we were rather squashed and I regretted not getting a larger cabin for four people.

The light switch also turns on the vent which is loud.

We only stayed one night at the property (and only one night in west Yellowstone and we stayed more nights inside the park) and it exceeded our expectations. Great location close to the park and restaurants and gift shops. There are many thoughtful touches inside the cabin that makes it great for family (compared to hotels in the park) Will definitely want to stay a couple nights next time we are in Yellowstone

Check in was a little bit slow because there was just 1 person for 2 hotels. But she was lovely and friendly.

The reception was very crowded. The cabin does not have a table to eat around. We tried to reach them after checkout since we forgot something in the room, but they didn't answer our messages.

The cabin is big, with two separate sleeping areas. Kitchen was equipped. Location was nice, very close to the west entrance of the park. There is a convenient place to do laundry.

Excessive use of the fire which was on from 5-9 pm every day even though very few people used it. Wasting when we have to think about the planet.

The cabin was spacious, enough space for a big family, beds were comfortable , kitchen was well equiped.
