There were roaches in the bathroom and near the refrigerator. Not sure where they came from and unsure if the person next door to me who was nasty was bringing them in but I do not do roaches in my room whatsoever. I’d prefer the refrigerator and microwave be separate from the sink/bathroom areas and the place to be sprayed for bugs.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was very close to the beach and the bed was very comfortable, the room was spacious and quiet at night.

I didnt like the facility it was gross. Roaches were eveey where . So many bugs that they were visible during middle of the day.

There isn’t anything NOT to like in our opinion. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV is brand new. Housekeeping was kind and attentive. We have no dislikes at all.

My husband & I enjoyed the location. There are a variety of establishments to choose from along E Oceanview Ave; however, Express Inn was by far the best and the fact that they just remodeled the establishment was a big plus for us.

Flies (I killed two on bed, others I couldn’t reach), mold, bed light broken, thin foam mattress, plastic laminate floor. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no grab bar in bathroom. Bathroom light kept going on and off. No refunds. No booklet with info. No bible in nightstand. Conversation upon arrival thru thick outside plexiglass window with slot. No access to lobby/brochures. South side of Ocean view Avenue. One night cost was $75, plus taxes. Sign said newly renovated, but they didn’t get to my room yet.

It did have hot water. It definitely had deadbolt. It did have TV. The towels were clean. It did have parking. It did have air conditioner in the window wall that you could regulate. No smoking and no roaches. Was on Route 60, stay here if you’re too tired to drive any further.

There was a cockroach in the tub when we first got there. The room smelled like very powerful weed.

The bay is located across the street, the beach was perfect! Nice, calm waters. It was great for our baby.

Where to start let’s see the first room they attempted to put us in was disgusting the microwave looked as if it had caught on fire in the past the carpet was black.the second room they attempted to put us in remakes of mist and a moldy smell.the third room that we ended up staying in due to no refund being available witch is a Crock of crap the air conditioning barley worked and the door would only stay closed if you locked the dead bolt and when we went to leave we would have to slam the door and hope that it wouldn’t come open while we were gone needless to say I would not recommend this rat hole to anyone.also the beach it was near had a giant pipe coming out into the water not even near the boardwalk or any amenities at least a 30 minute drive to any attractions.

This hotel is a run down drug hotel in the ghetto. I was scared during my stay… all kinds of strange people milling around out front. I looked up the hotels history and 3years ago someone was shot and killed there and last year a kid was shot just after a cocaine deal here…the floor wasn’t vacuumed and the shower and toilet were dirty. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed….

Electric sockets didn't work (2 of 4); very rude staff; floor was exceptionally dirty; room smelled relatively bad; damage was present to most of the appliances in the room (debted microwave, faulty heater lights, damaged fridge, ect.). 700$ is way too high of a price considering that the room was in an exceptionally bad state.

Property was close to where I needed to be; but the location was fair overall.

It’s needs a lot of work. It said newly remodeled (I seriously doubt that). The first room we were going to stay in the ceiling tiles clearly had water damage and one over the bed was wet and saggy.

Our room looked nothing like the pictures. It says that the rooms are newly remodeled. The only thing that was remodeled was the shower and that was done horribly. When we showered the water leaked through the shower walls into the regular walls and then out onto our room floor. There was blood on the bathroom walls. And when we asked for another room the person behind the counter was mean about it. We will never stay here again

Only thing good about this place was it was 5 minutes from anywhere we had to go.
