There was a musty smell throughout. Lots of carpet probably gets wet from pool guests.

It was conveniently close to everything including the highway.

The pool/spa room was hot and stuffy. The chlorine level was extremely high, as the smell was overwhelming, and the ph level was way too low burning swimmer and bystander's eyes (I am a pool manager so, when you know, you know). The pool itself was on the colder side and the hot tubs were quite hot. Overall the pool was clean and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Our daughter had a great time either way--we just could not stay in the pool area for longer than half an hour--we had to take turns tagging-out.

The rooms are spacious, 2 months ago we stayed here and had a 2-room suite with 2 tv's. This time we had an extra family member with us, so we had 2 beds and a fold out couch in 1 giant room. Fit us all nicely. I love that the lobby is inviting for playing board games (they have many games to choose from) or you can relax by the fireplace. I was able to catch up on some work enjoying a late night coffee in the lobby-dining area, while my family was enjoying the pool. This place is family friendly--you can find groups of youth playing board games or swimming at any given time--but the facility has a peacefullness about it. The youth are never running unruely, loud or disrespectful and I believe that is because the staff are so positive and inviting that they set the tone for the facility. Quiet time at 10pm is well respected.

The room that we stayed in was clean, same for the washroom. No unpleasant smell when you first enter the room. The sofa bed looks outdated but still functional. The free breakfast was great. A lot of variety. The apples tho they're small and has a bitter taste. We'll book again for our next trip.

It was too loud and crowded in the pool area and not enough chairs. Rules weren’t enforced and people were eating at the pool and occupying the few available chairs. Children were running and using the slide in a dangerous manner. Our smaller children were not able to use the slide or most of the pool area due to the unruly older children

Bathroom knob in room was broke, pullout sofa was stained and should be replaced. Picked hotel for the pool but the slide wasn't working at time of stay. Upon check in, staff announced room number out loud as she checked in multiple guest ahead of us aswell as our room number.

The curtains didn't completely close out the light so we had bright lights shining in the room all night. There was so much chlorine in the pool that our eyes burned walking into the pool room.

The room was spacious. Everything was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. The TV was nice. The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was huge. The hot tubs were nice. The pool slide was super fast and fun.

Your staff was very helpful to us and hope the the best for you. However, the fact that this property is in the United States means I will not be there for the foreseeable future. I am a Canadian and your government has disrespected Canada. We have been betrayed! There isn’t much I can do as an individual but I will do what I can. Therefore my family and I are boycotting the United States.

The shower did not work properly, however we were given a chance to use an empty room for their shower.

Every aspect was decent on all levels and the price was quite good compared to other hotels.

There were a few spots that needed paint touch up. There was a little cleaning the room needed. The alarm went off at 5am. It would have been nice if that had been turned off.

The parking was great. The pool was fun. The room was a nice value. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
