It was old, dirty, the shower curtain was broken, no warm water to shower, the bed sheets smelled, etc. Not a good experience…

Mysterious stains and cockroaches everywhere. I saw four separate cockroaches in a single morning. More importantly, the shower temperature adjustment handle was broken, so the shower could only be run cold. In addition, the TV was broken. I've stayed at a lot of cheap motels, but this one was by far the worst.

The location was convenient, and the price was reasonable for the area.

Smell in the room, Sheets didn't look crisp & clean, Inner fitted sheet missing on the bed. Comforter did not have inner sheet lining. Bugs & insects in room. Soap holder broken in shower

Wow, so many reasons. I have stayed in the bad rooms before. But this takes the cake. First the TV didn't work. Was told it was a problem with the cable. Nothing could be done. Next was the bugs.. it's like it got worse each day I was there. I got up in the middle of the night and the sink was filled with them...

You can tell the rooms have been remodeled. But if feels like where the improvements ends.

The hotel rooms did not match the description of what was said on booking.com and had to switch rooms. On top of that, the areas smelled like a nasty smoke zone despite saying it was all non-smoking. To top it off, our toilet was not even bolted to the ground so it moved and our shower did not even turn on or get water either. It was a terrible experience and the staff seemed to know about these issues but did not really care. The area was rough as well with super uneven pavement and a lot of deep holes.

I had to go to the office every day to get my door card reset. I am not sure why they couldn't set it for the entire three days I was there. It was annoying that I had to do that every day.

The location was ideal to where I needed to go. Convenient to light rail station and walking distance to airport.

The tv did not work so try being somewhere with nothing to do it was very disappointing for me . I don't think I will ever book a room here again . The shower took forever for hot water kick in I feel bad that I wasted money on the room with no TV oh and a roaches 🪳

Well, the sheets had lipstick all over and stains. There were cochcoroches all over. When I got the first day when I got there with my young daughter, a man thought I was the hooker he had hired. 🤣🤣 party at three in the morning, pimps everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room and bathroom were not clean, first room we received the door was broken, shower handle didn’t work, AC broken and dirty. Next day we moved to another room, AC and shower worked but the floor was dirty.
