Great location at the intersection of the roads leading to the Keys, to the Everglades, and to Biscayne. Rooms are cleaned every day—something most hotels no longer do. It was a pleasant surprise. The grounds are well kept.

Better offerings for hot breakfast. Our hotel door looked like someone put a hole thru it as you could see the white plaster vs brown painted door. The hotel key card we were given was very hard to get doors open with.

Breakfast has the usual cereal/milk, coffee,juice, muffins and fruit. The Hot element was just hard boiled eggs. Although we didn't use it the pool was nice and clean and the picnic areas made a nice spot for many families sitting out there for dinner. Which hotel was in walking distance to 3 fast food places.

Coffee was very watery - even the “bold” one. But then I’m from Europe. Overall, this property needs some refreshing in the coming years I think.

The rooms were big and the beds comfortable. The scrambled egg was very good.

The alarm clock went off at 3am, didn't bother to check to see if it was set, as we use our cell phones. Maybe housekeeping could put that on a checklist. Perhaps previous guest way of playing a practical joke?? While I know it's a motel refrigerator, the freezer did not work, put a bag of ice in it for the next day, and in the morning we had water all over items in fridge and on the floor.

Location to Everglades and Biscayne National Parks is GREAT!! Room was clean, noise level minimum.

Not a single hook in bathroom and items had to be set on toilet or floor. WIFI was horrible so basically NOT included with stay and I expected it to be there as we were out of country just like every other guest!!!!!!

Breakfast were poor and very overcrowded. Long time to get to Miami due to traffic jams in rush hours, the cardkey sometimes didnt work

Good localisation for trips like Everglades, Key West. Long time to get to Miami due to traffic jams. Close to shops and restaurants, a lot of parking spots, room was cleaned every day.

several items needed attention when we first arrived, including key card entry took 4-5 attempts to gain room access; had to call maintenance to fix toilet that would not flush; had to try several times to get AC to work, but these items were resolved quickly, so we were okay; big price hike for 2nd night (weekend rate); breakfast area was too crowded since motel was full

818, many loose electric plugs (slack or not working) or lack of. Small and overcrowded breakfast area. The breakfast area would be enough to cover for one unit, but NOT enough to provide all 4 of them... (entire complex)

Location, soundproofing, quiet. Pic nic tables with a curious small black cat around. visitor centre onsite. Tall trees. Secure. Everything was clean in and out. Property well kept.

Little noisy but it’s spring break so no much the hotel can do about that.

Our room was clean, larger than expected and very comfortable bed. Facilities in the room were also good, fridge, microwave, iron and board if you needed them. Complementary toiletries. The grounds of the hotel are well maintained, we did not use the pool but it looked very nice. Breakfast had lots of options and was replenished frequently.

Checked in at 5:15pm and were given a room that wasn’t cleaned yet. Door locks on room doors are terrible. We had to go to the front desk for help after checking in and again the next morning after breakfast. The card readers need to be replaced. Also, room was noisy due to people being allowed outside talking and drinking until close to midnight.

Good location for traveling to/from Key West. Rooms are big and clean and staff is friendly. Breakfast was ok.

Perfect location for visiting the Keys and Everglades. Simple but so clean and well maintained. Good price and above expectations. Also pretty simple breakfast but all that you need to get you started. Would definitely recommend
