The location was perfect

Nothing really

Everything was great from the very beginning! Dev the man that checked us in was very nice and greeted us with a smile first thing gave us our directions and were the pools was we had a great scenic view of the mountains. Everything was clean and nice ! Absolutely will come back to this hotel ! And the price was awesome! All the staff was very nice and greeted us any time we seen them !

There was nothing I didn't like !

Just the water from the air conditioner that ran across the balcony.

The room was nice and nice pool

There was wifi but it wouldn't connect to anything else in our room except to phones.

The room was very nice, especially for the price. The pool was also, great! The best part of our stay was the staff at Chalet Inn. Nikki, was extremely helpful, going out of her way to help us find places that’s aligned with our interest. Super cool and generous! We will be coming back, but she has go have the day off to hangout with us!

The rooms were up a pretty steep hill and the office was down so you had to walk up and down for everything. We were warned about bears being at the property that day, so that made it a little uncomfortable walking alone. The breakfast selection was very limited.

We really loved this hotel. It's very pretty, very clean, and very comfortable. The pool is gorgeous. It's a cute/quaint hotel and the scenery is awesome.

The only thing I didn't care for is that you have to check in 'next' door and to get there it's a steep hill so it's better to drive. This is also where the breakfast is so it's a bit inconvenient.

Good location, nicer rooms

Staff didn’t follow instructions when we asked them not to go in the room and to leave the sheets and blankets outside in a bag. Never received blankets Wi-Fi didn’t work all trip either

Views were great! Pretty quiet. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Musky smell (old facility smell). The room was too dark. The pillows were very small, hard, and somewhat flat. Building and rooms need some TLC. The pictures of the hotel on the site do not show the development that was built literally on top of the hotel. It felt cramped.

Was a great stay.. will be back soon

Breakfast was good a little small place but comfortable waking distance a good reason to enjoy the view in the morning great view to the mountains
