Was super awkward that the reception desk had bulletproof glass it was very unsettling but after we got upstairs the hotel was fine Hotel doesn't seem to have an elevator but it was only two floors so it wasn't a huge deal

It was off-putting when you check in and the staff is behind plexiglass and you have to slide your cards through the tiny hole. Makes you feel like the area is not safe and immediately made me question where we were and the crime rates. The staff was friendly it was just the appearance of the lobby and check in area.

The condition of the common areas of the motel was clean but pretty well worn. The bedding and towels were excellent. The water was hot. Microwave and fridge were good. The AC was excellent, especially during a heat wave! I felt safe and got a good nights sleep.

The property didn’t have a gym or a pool.

The staff and management were extremely friendly and attentive. They offered complimentary coffee throughout the day, and the rooms were impeccably clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient, with a nearby Jamaica restaurant serving delicious and affordable meals. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff replenished the options regularly. This hotel felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn't have minded staying a few more days. Neco and the rest of the staff were particularly kind and friendly.

Noise, both from my room facing the road and cold hear other guests in the hall.

The last two years I have traveled to the area for a race. This is the better of the hotels I have stayed in. It is cleaner and nicer than the one down the street. It’s easy to reach. Maybe a bit noisy, but not too bad.

Not that soundproof when people were going about outside or above our room. Luckily it wasn’t a full hotel the week we were there but if it was I imagine it would be noisy. The breakfast is below average. But at least it’s included in the price.

We stayed here for 4 nights as we were running a marathon a few miles away. It was a very big comfortable room, everything worked, showers were hot, and the room was clean and tidied everyday. It was mostly quiet enough - not busy- (end of March) that we got good sleep but when people were walking and talking above we could hear them easily. It’s near plenty of food places and a shop. Easy to find and park.

I booked this hotel for 1 night (Sat-Sun) as I had tickets to a concert in Tarrytown. However, that concert was canceled. Booking sent the hotel a form to fill out, to affirm that they would waive the cancellation fee. However, despite the hotel confirming that this was possible, this didn't happen because the manager wasn't on duty until Monday and no one else had access to the hotel's email. Seems pretty ridiculous, if you ask me. Front desk staff seemed disengaged, often wasn't at front desk and there was no bell to ring or other way to let them knoe you needed assistance.

Perfectly sufficient for my needs.Great location, though. There's a HudsonLink bus station about 2 mins walk away so it's easy to get to downtown Nyack. It would not be walkable.

The breakfast bar closes rather early, 7-9 AM isn't much leway. Other then that small gripe I have no issues.

The rooms was quite nice and cleaning staff very handy. It wasn't very busy and was quite nice staying there with my other half.
