How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not exactly a picturesque location but very convenient for I5!

Well, in my opinion, the AC in our room was a little loud , so we had to sleep without it. But all together it was a nice experience staying in this place.
It's a cute small hotel, that is very nice, in my opinion. Very clean facilities and the room. Also, it was a nice breakfast , that started at 6am , so it was very convenient for us. The customer service was great! They also have a swimming pool, but it was already closed when we arrived.

The only suggestion is that the bottom of the pool has some rough spots in the shallow end and they scratched my toe and cut/scratched my husband’s toe. It wasn’t the biggest deal in the world, but those rough spots could benefit from being smoothed out. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Everything was clean. Quiet, too. There were lots of amenities as well. Great value.

Very small crowded parking lot.
Checked in after 10pm. There was an issue with booking.com paying from PayPal account. Front counter employee Dallas went above and beyond helping us out. He spent over an hour with us trying multiple times to correct the issue with booking.com. Even after the customer service call being dropped twice. He even stayed after his shift was over. The situation was finally resolved thanks to his persistence. Was very impressed with his willingness to help. Made a bad situation work for us.

I kind of wished the breakfast sausages were browned a little more. They were fine but it's just a personal preference.
Room was clean and comfortable. Property was safe. Indoor pool and spa. The front desk guy (I cant remember his name) was very nice and professional.

the only negative was that our room window was facing towards someone's home

I don't really think anything was less than I expected or needed.
The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. The bathroom was fine, if a little small, but the sink area outside of the actual bathroom was roomy enough to make up for the lack of space in the shower/toilet area. There was a microwave and a refrigerator and some coffee supplies but no creamer noted. However, the coffee machine and juice in the dining area was available at any time and cream was included. I didn't visit the pool or exercise area but they were both available.

A little noisy (street noise), and somewhat dated, although well-maintained.

Parking was at a premium, and we did have some difficulty finding a spot when we came back from having dinner.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of options for every taste, including two types of waffle you could make yourself, egg options, nearly any type of bread or muffins and toppings of course. The room was quiet, the bed was comfy, including a selection of pillows. Everything clean and in it's place. Great experience.
