Nothing I feel the staff have control over

Receptionist was very kind and quick to check us in. The breakfast was good, probably some of the best scrambled eggs I've tried at hotels. Staff kept the are clean and kept up.

Coming into the property from Division Street, we missed the driveway the first time and it was a challenge, with so many one way streets to get back around. We did better the second time, but it would have been helpful to have the “back” gate open so we could have gotten in there after our first missed turn.

This is a newer property and is well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. We were given a quiet upstairs room which we appreciated. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast, but enjoyed the coffee in the lobby as well as the available ice water.

They charge too much on the weekends for the part of town it is in. It’s a very bad part of town wound never stay there again. I didn’t feel like my vehicle was safe and definitely would not go outside after dark. So many homeless and addicts around this place

the room was just perfect for one or two people, bathroom was clean, a/c was great, but the bed was the worst thing I have Ever tried to sleep in! I have stayed in hotel/motels from Alaska, the Yukon Territory, to Florida! This bed was Bad!! Please do something about that bed, before you put another poor soul into it!

Breakfast looked inviting, but we did not participate. My husband was not feeling well and wanted to go home.

Check-in with only one employee that needed to open the door, answer the phone, and check the new clients. She did a great job but it was a stressing environment for arrival.

Clean room, great location between Seattle and Yellowstone, good value for a motel!

Unfortunately, there only downside of the trip was the housekeeping portion. Both of our refillable bottles of soap in the shower were conditioner. We had just come from camping so slightly inconvenient to have to retrieve the right soap from the front desk. The pull out couch bedding was easily visible, but only included a fleece blanket and a naked pillow. There were no linens at all. We had to grab blankets from the car to make sure out kiddo wasn't sleeping on a bare mattress. Gross.

Brandi at the front desk was STELLAR. I hope she gets recognized for this because that lady was amazing. Bed was very comfy, she put us in a good room and we barely heard any outside traffic.

The carpet in the room looked clean but actually left our feet dirty from walking on it. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. The location, which is not really the Inn’s fault, is terrible. Lots of junkies around, felt really unsafe walking. After a few steps outside the Inn, went back to grab the car.

Clean room and bathroom (apart from the carpet!). Lovely receptionist. Waffles for breakfast!!!

Housekeeping. I always have a shampoo and conditioner with me but if the hotel have those available in the bathroom, I don’t mind using them. Less unpacking for me. However, the shampoo was empty when we checked in so I used mine. I thought they were gonna refill it but they never did. I did not bother requesting because again I had mine. About the floor, they did not sweep or vacuum it. Also they did not refill the used cups. Were these deal breakers? Nope, because overall I still had a great experience and would still want to stay here again if I were to visit Spokane again.

First, I do believe that they should do something about the elevator as it seems that it's seen better days as it sometimes makes weird noises when going up or down. The breakfast was good but it would have been better if there was more variety.

I liked how the place was clean and maintained properly, the front desk agents were awesome and ready to help with anything that you needed help with. Comfortable bed made the stay more enjoyable.

Nothing bad to say. Read the reviews previously and really there is no need for any trepidation regarding a couple of homeless people across the street. Walk 5 metres in NYC and you would encounter more. They pose no threat and we were happy walking across to the 7/11 for supplies. The hotel is very secure.

Stayed for a 1 night stopover en route to Seattle. Front desk were excellent- very friendly, accommodating and cheerful. A blueprint for how hospitality should be. Breakfast was great for the price point of this stay and unlimited supply of hot drinks and lemon water 24/7 in lobby.

Heating/air conditioning does not work properly I didn't realize this was pet friendly hotel, with all due respect to pet owners, pets can be brought in to dining areas and rooms. i have conecerns on hygiene and sanitation. water pressure in faucet and shower very weak In room USB connector not working Handle inside shower is loose Washer/dryer require total of 24 quarters, ridiculous number of quarters. It wud make sense if machines can accept card scanner or something more fit for a 21st century. If i had my way i'll make washer/dryer free like many of the biz hotels in Japan.

Friendly staff (John, front desk, Brandy, dining hall staff) Location was good Check out time of 12 noon Decent size room Decent number of electrical outlets Clean bathroom Nice cute dove soap Thick bath towels Nice mid size refrigerater in room Enough parking Premise relatively clean

Convenient location and well maintained. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was nice albeit quite small. The breakfast included several tasty options: waffles, oatmeal, scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage links, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, various breads including bagels and English muffins, coffee and juice. Definitely plenty to be fueled for a day of activities! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
