Had a lot of issues trying to open my door to my room. Key card worked, late turned green but it was like the door was locked I had to really push extremely hard on the door handle to release

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. We liked the pool, hot tub, and the fitness center. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was literally right above an outdoor speaker. At 11:30 at night we called the front desk to inquire if the speaker would be turning off because you could hear the music in our room, but no one was answering the phone . This speaker literally was still playing music when we woke up. When we went down for breakfast we walked outside first and saw the speaker right below our window and heard the music playing and went to the front desk to ask why they play this music all night?The women at the front desk said the music shouldn't be on and shouldn't have been on and we should have called. Which we let her know, the music was on at that moment and we did call, but no one decided to answer our phone calls. That was as far as that went from her, no apologies, she said she would look into.

Clean, nice breakfast, large room for good price. They do have a great fitness center. The property overall is nicely taken care of.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. The people above us were very loud - don't know if they had kids running around and/or jumping. We thought there were elephants above us!! The noise and thumping continued past 10:30 at night. We understand there wasn't anything the hotel could have done to stop this.

We did have a noisy room next to us on Saturday night and we made the call to the front desk at 1:00am and soon things quieted down.

Clean place, great location within 15 minutes to everything we were doing all weekend. Nice breakfast every morning. Staff were friendly and polite. Enjoyed the outside fire pits and the hot tub.

The room was rather noisy. I can handle the traffic noise because it was right next to a highway, but the people next door were so loud at all hours of the night and I was on the top floor hoping I wouldn't have to hear a bunch of people. The doors are rather heavy so when someone opens and shuts them its so loud.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent. The pool and hot tub were great. There wasn't any pool towels, so I did have to go get some but other than that, I have no complaints.

The kitchen staff was good about getting the food out but when something isn't working don't make a big deal about it around others. Just say okay I will fix it and just fix it, not make it seem like it is the end of the world...

We loved how big the room was and the shower was so roomy! The hotel was classy and well kept up that was a big plus in our book! The hotub going outside was the icing on the cake!!! I will be booking a room again in the near future!

On Bookin.com I requested a King room with city view. Not even close enough to a city to get a city view. Booking.com should not even offer that as an option.
