My only issue was parking. I wish it would have been more clear that the lot is behind the hotel. We parked in the garage next to it which is fine but we walked a bit of a way and it took awhile for the doors to open so we had to walk around to the after hours doors. Being on busy city roads and not having clear directions where the lot was slightly annoyed me but otherwise it still worked out fine.

We were going to a concert at target center and the location was perfect to be able to walk to it! Bed was comfortable and big. Bathrooms clean as a whistle. Breakfast had lots of options and they were great.

Breakfast ends at 930 on the weekend. No pool or hot tub. Room took a long time to cool down.

Overall excellent. I visited on a Sunday, most specifically for an afternoon Twins baseball game. They would have allowed me early check in when we arrived at 12ish. Hotel charges an additional 25 for parking when you arrive and I never thought about an additional fee. There is no security or camera. Under and upper ground on a Sunday can be found for 7 within walking distance. It was extremely hot and heat warning. Not good to charge triple and not offer enclosed and secure parking.

The AC in the room was quite loud, and one could hear hallway noises fairly clearly.

The establishment and room were very clean; the staff were helpful and professional. The hotel is located a short walk from the light rail.

Put curtains in room so that go all the way across the glass and block out any parking lot lights.

Kind staff, very clean facilities and rooms. Decent breakfast (love the biscuits and oatmeal w jam next to it). Convenient parking across the street and not bad for one night ($25).

Front door is in what would be considered an alley, breakfast was gross and they started cleaning it up at 8:25am when it was supposed to go until 9am. Several guests were disappointed by this.

The front desk help was very helpful, she deserves a raise and recognition. Took all questions I had and patiently answered them and met my requests with professionalism and joy in her work.

The only issue we had was there was constant noise and disruptions out in the hallways in the middle of the night which made it incredibly difficult to sleep. However, I am aware that this is no fault of the hotel, it was just very inconvenient

Beautiful hotel as you walk in, the room was very very nice for the price we paid. We have never had a good experience with any hotels in the past, and this was by far the best hotel we have stayed in for the price we got it for.

The location was perfect to attend events at the Target Center. My husband went to a basketball game, and my daughter and I went to a concert. We did not have to seek transportation or drive our car. We walked 2 blocks to the Target center. It was an easy and entertaining walk. We enjoyed all the Prince stuff along the walk. The lady at the front desk was from minneapolis and very helpful with how to get around and where things were located. The breakfast was pretty good, the oatmeal was made incorrectly both mornings. However, when that was pointed out it was immediately corrected. We would definitely return.
